Speedy delivery and Value for money!

I love Stylistpick for it's excellent choice and value for money. The designer advice is brilliant and I also find something for me! I like the way that designs are constantly being updated so you know that you are not going to see the same things everywhere!

I bought a few items and though they look realy good when I first get them, they break! a pair of boots split at the back after one month of wearing the, like a pair of cheap primark shoes. I could have saved £32 buying an £8 pair of boots.

I also had a problem with delayed delivery twice which is annoying when you buy products for presents. however, I did get free delivery as a compensation...

Have used Stylist Pick since they started and cannot fault them for variety, quality and customer service. Love having my own showroom styled to my taste and items always arrive quickly and beautifully packaged. Always look forward to the start of the month to see whats new.

Really like Stylistpick. I think the move from membership to a standard ordering system is fantastic. I have loved all the things i have ordered, they always arrive quickly, are good quality and as described. I think they would make more money if they introduced wide fittings for the foot and calf. But really good company and service.

I am concerned about the amount of packaging used by Stylistpick. A recent purchase of a handbag arrived in a box tied with ribbon which was inside a cloth bag which was in a cardboard box. Most of this packaging is instantly discarded - not very environmentally friendly.

Website doesn't always work.

I also recently received in error a second pair of boots, the first pair having beend despatched to me successfully around two weeks prior to the second package arriving.

However, customer service staff are always polite and helpful, returns are easy, frequent sales are great.

every pair i have bought so far has been such a great purchase. Got great compliments from friends on my heels, yet they think the heels are quite high - which i totally love :)
my flats are really comfortable, though i had to get new sole on it, as the other one was worn off very quickly. since the change of the material they are perfect and exactly what i was looking for.

Great for treating yourself to fashion without spending a capital! The collection is always updated and each piece comes with fashion tips. Free postage and return and nice packaging are additional assets. One of my favourite websites !

I have made quite a few purchases from Stylistpick and have been very satisfied with the level of customer service and the quality of the product. The only reason I don't purchase more often is the delivery charge, I purchase from other online retailers more frequently because of their free delivery to Ireland but all in all it is a great website

When am out people ask me where I get my shoes and handbags as they are trendy and can't find them in shops. materials used are of good quality, but at times the glue shows through the shoes. Wonderful packaging offering storage at the same time. Great prices too

If you love shoes and handbags then this is the site for you-any colour any style that you fancy..won't be able to have a look without purchasing at least one pair -( said this to many friends and now all use stylist pick)
