I would give 0 stars if I could . I order a jumper off there it was the wrong size so I sent it back and have never received my refund. please don't shop on that sight .

I bought a pair of size 11 ankle boots for the garden. What arrived was a size 10 and when I requested a return I was told I had to pay the return postage (maybe not unreasonable)... but to China!
Note to everyone... check the customer experiences first.

Been waiting for a refund since fwbuary,never reply back to emails.....returns need to be sent back to china at your own expense.
Never use again as con artists

My shoes did not arrive. The company do not answer to emails and when they do it is the same email over and over again. I have given up hope. They are a scam. I should have checked trust pilot first. I work hard for my money.

Bought a pair of Shoes size 11 but they sent a size 9 instead.
They will not Answer any Emails.
On there site they say I have to pay postage
They will not refund it back to me
That will cost more than the £30 I payed for them

Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with Don’t Buy Anything from them it’s all crap and you have no chance of getting your money back items turned up it’s like chalk and cheese from what you ordered ( CRAP ) they shouldn’t be allowed to advertise or sell anything

I ordered my husband a pair of green combat trousers that were advertised. The trousers that were delivered showed no resemblance to the ones ordered. I’ve emailed the company 3 times over the last week with photos. I’ve had no correspondence back at all. My husband has written a review on their social media and it is being deleted within minutes. Total scam do not buy from them as you will be sent inferior products and then ignored. I buy a lot of stuff from social media advertising and this is the first time this has happened.

Item was nothing like it was advertised as. Cheap polyester when it was supposed to be wool/suede. Total rip off. NEVER EVER purchase anything from this company!

If i could have given 0 stars I would have.Absolute rip off.The cardigan i ordered took ages to arrive ,quality was s disgrace and nothing like their advert.
I requested a return but was told I had to pay return postage to CHINA.,

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not go near it. Last November I ordered a pair of trousers. I’m still waiting for them! After many emails nothing has happened and now I don’t think ever will.All I can say is KEEP CLEAR.

Total scam
Garbage tat from china same as the big T M U company that sells rubbish but this company passing it off as quality.... IT IS TERRIBLE QUALITY sizing is way out and if returned it has to be sent back to china. You'd be just as well putting your money in the bin.

What can I say!! I ordered a a lovely wool cardigan and got some nylon shirt that looks nothing like the pictures.. I wish I could put pictures on they refused to send me a returns label so had to do a charge back with my credit card

This company is trading in china with a fictional address in London
Don’t buy any shoes from them cheap and nasty and they don’t have a returns policy
You send back to china
Always advertise on Facebook they are a fraud

Paid for a hoodie from this company and received nothing but they took the money. Emailed them and they've ignored me. Buy nothing from them, they are scammers. Probably the worse company on the net.

I wouldnt give 1 star if i had the option , absolutely rubbish site Do Not buy off this site, i bought a top took ages to come (no problem) and its 3 sizes to big , however to return the parcel back to these people i have to pay for shipping ,which is very expensive .
