I ordered a rose called Mary in remembrance of a much loved resident in the local Almshouse where I am a trustee. I requested a good specimen.
In this hot weather, the rose arrived, fresh, beautifully packed on the correct day and we are delighted. It's in bud and very healthy. What more could one ask for and this is a firm we will be very happy to re-order from.

I couldn't ask for more: superfast delivery, the rose was very solidly packed and arrived way bigger than expected (bigger than the roses I've seen in garden centres!), very healthy and it even arrived with several flowers open and in perfect condition- so we could even cut them for a vase of flowers right away!
I would definitely buy more from these people.

A beautiful rose in memory of a friends sadly departed husband, but so much more than that was the OUTSTANDING customer service I received from this business. There was a problem with the delivery and they went above and beyond to help me out. Prompt replies to emails and exceptional assistance

Absolutely fantastic service by this company. I ordered 5 roses of the same variety on the Thursday leading up to the late May bank holiday. They had arrived by midday on the Friday, and moreover the roses were in the most fantastic condition, strong and in bloom. As they were well rooted in the pots I was able to put them straight into the area of garden I had newly prepared for them and they are looking beautiful. Instant gardening! Can't recommend this company enough. Really well done to them.

I’ve been trying to obtain a specific rose for a couple of years but unfortunately sold out. However, last month I was notified that it was now available so ordered it straight away. The rose arrived the following day, wonderfully packaged.
It already had four buds on it and I planted it immediately in a pot. The buds flowered beautifully and I’m over the moon with it. Thank you Style Roses.

Purchased a rose named ‘Mick’ as a memorial gift for my Mum following the passing of her dog of the same name.
Was delighted to see there was a rose with the same name, it felt like the perfect gift.
The rose was delivered in very good time and just as detailed.

Mums feedback was “It is glorious. A very good choice and please say how good and healthy it is and beautifully gift packaged and also well protected for delivery, no bent stems broken leaves etc. Lovely”

I am so impressed by this company. I ordered a rose to give to a friend who was visiting me. Unfortunately I was out when the courier left it on my door step and sadly it wasn’t there on my return.
I asked style rose if they had a photo of where the rose was left and explained the situation.
Even though this was not their problem or their fault at all. They immediately offered me a replacement rose but as my friend was due very soon I had to decline.
Then to my surprise I was refunded in full !!! Something I wasn’t expecting or that they had to do.
Exceptionally nice company. I will recommend and use them again for sure.

I ordered the Robert rose just prior to Christmas Day for my mother in law as a gift. The lovely rose arrived in time for Christmas and was well packaged and protected and their communication was superb. Thank you to Style Roses for the rose. Mother in Law absolutely loved it. Superb service.

Just wanted to say THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH to Style Roses for all your help in choosing the perfect Rose bush for our needs. The Rose Bush was delivered next day as promised and most importantly, our friend and colleague, who it was a gift for, following the loss of her mum absolutely loved it and said it couldn't have been a better gift she was so touched . delivery costs are only visible ONCE the order is placed. Too late then to go elsewhere because of the v.high charges.
That is how I experienced this sites purchasing process. I have had many years experience of a great number of sites and am wide-eyed picking out the wide variety of ways of revealing information. Shame if I 'missed' this site's process but I wont be going back again.

My 1st order (as a 60th Bday gift ) and I'm so happy with the roses that I recieved. They were carefully packaged, beautifully wrapped and arrived on precisely the right day.

I had a slight problem with one rose and Margaret was ever so helpful, dispatching a no quibble replacement within 48 hrs. Friendly,excellent customer service and I can't wait to oder again.
Would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

I specifically put the address to where I wanted it delivered to on the order form but it was ignored and they sent it to me. I rang to ask if it could be rectified only to be kept waiting on the telephone for five minutes and then to be told it was not their fault.
Clearly they need to check their computer system
They would not re route the rose without further payment so not my idea of good customer service. I am very disappointed and will not be using them again as clearly they do not follow instructions
The item was left on my doorstep in the pouring rain and the box it arrived it was soaked I had not been told that it had arrived.

My Scent from Heaven potted rose arrived the very next day in an extremely good condition. Thank you so much. I’ll be back for more!

I ordered 2 x Keith potted rose bushes and they are absolutely stunning. So pleased with the service I received. I made a mistake with my order and it was quickly rectified on the phone.
