The chair I bought was lovely..
The chair I bought was lovely... in the picture.
However, I was sent the wrong, £100 cheaper completely different style chair and when I emailed the team, I was offered 10% off the cheaper version! Insult!
I understand the pattern varies, that's fine, but the entire shape and style. Nooo!
No idea what my original purchase is like to sit in.
When I emailed 3 times before I got a response, I was told the chair I'd bought was out of stock.
I was sold a chair that didn't exist and palmed off with a different one.
No-one answers the phones, called 3 times and waited 15 mins each time before giving up.
When I contacted Stunning Chairs on Chat to enquire about my refund, they asked me if I was asking about a 'Buyers Remorse' refund... Rude!
I didn't realise Chat could be so condescending.
I've since been told it could take up to 14 days for a refund from the time they receive and inspect the product. I've waited 12 days so far.
The 1 star goes to the person I spoke to on the phone who was helpful, no stars at all for the company, their refund policy or whatever sits behind their Chatbot.

Great service from Stunning Chairs
Great service from Stunning Chairs, my chair is beautiful. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the courier service that was used. This meant my chair was passed backwards and forwards and eventually sent back to the sender. Customer service at Stunning Chairs were extremely helpful and apologetic. They arranged for me to have another chair shipped by a different courier which arrived within 48 hours.

One of our chairs was slightly damaged and the company refused to believe it was either done in transit or while packaging even though we suggested we received the chair in that condition so not something we had done

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that one of the chairs arrived with damaged upholstery and we understand your disappointment.
However, we did not simply refuse to believe your account. We carefully reviewed the photographs of both the chair and its packaging. The damage shown consists of clean cuts consistent with contact from a sharp object, yet there were no corresponding cuts, tears or impact damage to the box or protective wrapping that would indicate the damage occurred during transit.
Our chairs also undergo a checking process before dispatch, and we found no evidence that this particular chair was damaged when it left our premises. While we appreciate that you believe the chair arrived in this condition, we have to base our decisions on the evidence available.
We appreciate this was not the outcome you were hoping for, but the review does not reflect the full investigation or correspondence that took place.
