I recently completed my PT certification with Study Active and couldn’t be more pleased. Although the course is self-paced, the support was always there whenever I had a question — they responded quickly and were genuinely helpful. The journey from start to finish was smooth, and I especially enjoyed the practical assessment where I picked up something new each time. All the assessors and tutors were fantastic — professional, friendly, and supportive. I highly recommend Study Active!

I’ve recently completed my Level 3 Personal Training course with Study Active and have been thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The course materials and video content were clear, well-structured and easy to follow, which made studying around a busy schedule much more manageable.

The tutors and admin team have been excellent – always responsive, supportive and quick to help whenever I had a query. The practical assessments were also far less daunting than I expected. The examiners were very friendly and put me at ease throughout. In particular, Colin Archer was fantastic and helped me feel relaxed and confident, which meant I could perform at my best.

I would highly recommend Study Active to anyone considering a fitness qualification and will definitely be using them again for any future courses.

The course was well structured and the support team were never too far away if you needed help. Level 3 proPT was an enjoyable course and I enjoyed the flexibility of doing it in my own time and having lots of options & locations for completing the practical assessments.

The online courses at Stady Active were very well prepared, and all the materials were thorough and easy to understand. I had easy access to my instructor, so there were no problems with learning. I’m very satisfied and already signing up for more courses — I highly recommend Stady Active.

The study material was easy to understand and user friendly online. The Study Active team Tammy and Kelly were very supportive and always got back to me when l was desperate for clarification.
I had my practical assessment with Colin for my level 3 and Chris for my level 2. They made me feel at ease during my assessment and l learnt a lot from their feedback.

Honestly tried to get on with them they were just very unhelpful and when I asked for a refund because they weren’t really helping me they could only refund you after 14 days what a shame I’d heard good things about them in the past

Kelly was nothing but supportive and patient with me during the entire process. Over the last few months, she consistently communicated with me, never hesitating to answer my questions and ensuring I fully understood the material. Her guidance helped me find solutions and build confidence in my knowledge.

When it came to the actual exam day, Kelly went above and beyond. She was supportive, a great listener, and an amazing motivator. Thanks to her encouragement and expertise, I was able to successfully pass the exam!

My overall experience was absolutely fantastic! The team was incredibly helpful and provided timely feedback every step of the way. When I found myself needing a little extra time to complete my studies, they generously offered me a FREE three-month extension! As a qualified PT now, I can’t stress enough how much I recommend coming here to learn. You won’t regret it—this place is a game-changer!

I've personally been very disappointed in the quality of support while completing the course. Before enrolling on the course, I emailed some questions to the support team. In response, I got a general reply telling me to read the brochure, which I had specified my queries were not included in. When given a call from Study Active they answered my questions, but since enrolling, I have realised they went into no detail and gave lots of misinformation about the course. Equally, the support team throughout the process has not been able to help with any queries and often contradicts what I was told prior to enrolling.

The whole process has seemingly been made difficult, and I regret enrolling with this company. Giving a 2 star review as the course content is good with the online learning making it achievable alongside working. I would recommend enrolling on the course through a different provider.

Studying with Study Active has been fantastic from start to finish. All the tutors have been excellent, super supportive and professional. The tutors also respond to any questions you have very promptly and with good advice. The course is also very flexible, which in my case, having 2 young kids, was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Study Active and their tutors.

The support from the tutors throughout my Level 3 Personal Training course really stood out. The level of detail in this course I believe goes beyond a regular personal training course (I have spoken to other PT's about this, so I'm going through comparison of what I've been informed of in regards to their experiences on their courses) which I feel equips an industry professional with valuable knowledge to implement with their clients. I highly recommend the Level 3 Personal Training course with Study Active and will be looking at other courses they run as part of my continued professional development.

I found both the course and the service provided by Study Active to be exemplary, I thoroughly recommend them. I have been able to compare course content with other providers and I’m convinced I made the right choice for my level 3 PT qualification. I will go back to Study Active for further courses.

I purchased the level 2 and 3. Then with 3 payments to go My health condition worsened and I had additional out goings I fell behind with a payment. I had previously asked for support because the learning material is difficult to type on. The emails after the missed payment were all financial. Even when made aware of whats happened. Then had a positive telephone conversation about the course and support moving forward. The email confirming what was discussed only mentioned repayments again. There was no mention about the support offered on the phone. This experience is different to in the past plus just being informed the company was sold leaves me seriously concerned. I now have lost trust in the company and feel paying anymore would be throwing good money after bad because they no longer value clients

I had a fantastic experience working with study active. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive guiding me through the processes for completing my Gym Instructors Level 2 and Personal Training Level 3 courses. Having the option to do everything online and at a slower pace was perfect for me whilst juggling family life and a busy full time job already.
