Very quick and easy to set up. Straight forward and if there were any issue, I knew where I needed go for support.

I studied my Level 2&3 Qualification, the course content was excellent for both. I always got prompt replies to queries and support with anything I needed help with. I particularly enjoyed my L3 practical assessment with Chris Walsh, as I was made to feel relaxed and well supported, and I was given really useful and constructive feedback that I can take forward to use with my clients.

I completed my L2 Gym Instructor and L3 Personal Trainer qualifications through Study Active and I would highly recommend them. Both final practical exams were assessed by Chris Walsh. He was absolutely brilliant. Put me at ease immediately and took the nerves away. I would recommend Study Active to anyone wanting to qualify in this field.

I have just finished my L3 PT with Study Active and couldn’t recommend them more. I have friends who have uptaken the combined L2+3 fitness qualifications from other course providers and have not completed them because of the lack of support, however after reaching out I was provided with all the support I needed to get me through the course. My tutor Rebecca has been absolutely brilliant in guiding me through it and without her knowledge and understanding I wouldn’t have gotten through the course. So patient whilst I got my head around the work and went through each unit with me step by step. This course is in depth and has been well very put together to provide myself and others with the adequate knowledge and insight required to feel confident in taking on clients and start my own business in the near future.

I recently completed my L2 fitness instructor qualification with study active. The support has been absolutely amazing and my questions were always answered very quickly!
I did my practical assessments at the site in Hertfordshire, I’d definitely recommend doing this over the video recording. I was so nervous but Chris was amazing. He communicated clearly, calmed my nerves and reassured me. He is absolutely brilliant at what he does and I’m excited to complete my L3 PT!

The practical assessment was made a positive experience as the assessor, Colin Archer, was really clear in his communications, and was supportive throughout the process. He allowed me to work with my client and complete as much of the planned session as time allowed, and contributed some useful observations about my instruction which I have taken forwards. The staff at the gym were also helpful and the working environment was fit for the purposes of the assessment.

Studied with Study Active before and enjoyed their courses. Super helpful and very responsive to the needs of the learner. Great quality materials.

Yesterday, I had my Level 2 - Gym Practical Assessment with Christ and it was brilliant!!!! Study Active has been extremely supportive from day one especially Kelly (but I will do a seperate review on Study Active overall. I want to focus on my Assessment in this review.

As you know, assessments can be very stressful however, Chris was amazing from the moment he met myself and my client at the door. He approached us with a joke and straight away removed 80% of the nerves I walked in with. He talked me through my assessment. Me being a perfectionist, I had everything printed out (as my safety blanket) and Chris straight away let me know that wouldn't need it. (I truly didn't). Throughout my assessment, Chris was there to give me feedback and also to sense check with me if I was unsure about anything.

I absolutely loved my assessment and I am really looking forward to my Level 3!

It was stressful coming in with traffic hitting us unexpectedly, however you calmed me down and had so much faith in me which is super contagious. Chris Walsh was great during my Level 2 Gym Instructor assesment. I live 3 hours away and unfortunately hit traffic making me an hour late. Chris was kind enough to stay behind and give the assessment anyway! He was very informative and helpful during the assessment as well.

I had my assessment with Chris and he was brilliant. Made both myself and my client feel relaxed right from the start. Assessments can be very daunting and Chris minimised that as much as possible.

I've just completed my L3 PT course and my experience with Study Active has been fantastic. I'm a busy working mum and I wasn't sure how I'd manage, but the course is self led meaning I set my own deadlines and fit the course in around my life. The tutors are amazing and always quick to reply and really supportive. Both my L2 and L3 practical exams were with Chris Walsh. I was so nervous but he calmed my nerves straight away! The coursework was clear and the videos were really well done. Support from the online team was always swift and always helpful. My Assessor, Colin, made my assessment enjoyable, giving encouragement and constructive feedback as and when necessary.

I recently took my level 3 PT exam with Chris Walsh and really enjoyed it. I thought it was assessed really well with great support and advice before and after the session. The location was easy to find and the structure of the assesment was set up really well. Would recommend this to people looking to qualify as a PT!

Study active as a course provider overall was very supportive and informative. The trainers were easily accessible when needed.
I would have liked a little more on the practical sessions on planning programmes for clients and technical techniques when training but I thought the modules and videos were well set up for what was needed for the course.

I've done my Level 2 Gym Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training course with Active IQ and it was perfect. The course materials provided contained essential information, which was really easy to understand. As it was online, I had the possibility to study whenever I wanted, whenever I had some spare time. The team is wonderful, proactive, whenever I had a question or query, they would answer almost immediately. The practical exams were really insightful, I would suggest going to the assessment centre if you can, rather than recording it, as you can gain valuable feedback from your assessor. I had both my practical exams (L2 and L3) with Colin and it was an excellent experience. He provided lots of feedback and valuable insights into personal training, which is really helpful when you're just about to start your career. I couldn't recommend Study Active and Colin enough. If you want to start your career in the fitness industry, I highly recommend Study Active, they were brilliant.

L3 PT qualified with study active! I can’t recommend highly enough Chris Walsh as my assessor throughout my L2 and L3 qualifications. He has been tremendously supportive with all his knowledge and expertise. He put me at ease and encouraged me throughout my exams.
Study active as a company has been extremely brilliant throughout my studies, they were always there on the other end of the phone or email whenever I needed help and support. I am super happy to having chosen them and will definitely be doing my CPD courses with them in the future.
