Jeg bestilte varen den 12/6 og der står der, at det er hurtig levering,. Jeg har skrevet til jer mindst 4 gange nu, får intet svar, kan tracke min pakke, at den er pakket, den 13/6, men ikke sendt, og jeg skulle bruge den som gave. Det kan vel ikke være svært at få den til DK?
Men hvis de så vil svare på det man sender, så jeg anbefaler ikke dette firma til nogen, og mest æv, pengene er væk, ingen bukser som gave, og vi har ikke råd til at bruge yderligere penge på en ny gave til drengen. Vi ved ikke hvad vi skal gøre ud over at advarer andre om ikke at bruge dette firma

SCAM Please don’t buy there, it’s obviously scam. First my delivery took 1 month and a half to get in my house. No hole in the pants very bad quality, bad smell. All the products are very small (Like i commanded M size and I receive something like XS). They’re cutting the tag on clothes, so you can’t know the size and can’t be get back the delivery. I get scam. Don’t buy there.

I order for 2 pants and 1 short .Just receive today 1 is good but There os no hole in the pants for the buton what im suppose to do put a knife on it, just to adjust my jean. 2 is not the us order and the 3rd it baby size like small. 200 lbs cant fit in I Recommande the mocha green one. But in XXL it Will be much better. Like great looking pants but stupid people of this site can't do good. They want to do business but they scam clients. Dla marde chinoise poubelles.

If i could i would leave a zero star. Absoluetly terrible service. Waited over 30 days to get my order after contacting them to give me a tracking order. Over 16 emails sent to them to finally get a confirmation that my order was shipped and when I finally get my order it looks nothing like the provided pictures. Wrong size as well. I can't even wear the item even if I wanted to. Plus one of the pants I got is not even the same that I had ordered. It's the wrong color. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! SCAM!

Wir haben 2 Zipper und eine Jogginghose bestellt. Sie entsprechen überhaupt nicht der dargestellten Qualität und sind keinesfalls das Geld wert. Wer solche Qualität möchte, kann direkt bei T.... bestellen und wahrscheinlich mindestens 50% des Geldes sparen.
An sich alles kein Problem, es gibt ja ein Rückgaberecht.... Aber leider antwortet dort niemand auf Emails und somit bleibe ich auf den völlig überteuerten Klamotten sitzen...
Ich kann diesen Shop nicht empfehlen und werde sicher nie wieder dort bestellen.

I bought a tracksuit from the website. When I received the order, it was nothing like what I had ordered. I sent several emails but never received a reply.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Studiounov and would strongly advise against ordering from them.

My tracksuit arrived in two completely different shades of green, which looks nothing like what was shown in the pictures. On top of that, the material is very poor quality and feels cheap. The jeans I ordered are just as bad – they have a very strange, almost sticky texture that makes them uncomfortable to wear.

What’s even worse is the customer service: the return email address listed on their website doesn’t even exist. Their support team initially replied to my messages, but as soon as I tried to return the items, they completely stopped responding – despite me sending six emails.

Out of frustration, I tried contacting them on Instagram, only to be immediately blocked.

Overall, this feels highly unprofessional and unreliable. I strongly recommend not ordering from this company.
