I rented private uni housing from SOTG for two years running while completing my degree. During the two years they remained kind, very quick to contact and helpful. From adding small items to rooms (in my case was some hooks on my door and a shelf) to replacing broken items (our oven broke in the second year) each and every time the response was organised and sorted for us really quickly, minimising our worry. Overall, they were patient and understanding the whole 2 years and it was one less stress to manage on top of studying.

I stayed in the same student housing for 2 years and I really enjoyed it. The landlord was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, the rooms were thoroughly cleaned on arrival and it was in a great location. It was a great house for my time at uni and I would recommend it to other future students.

Renting a student property through SOTG has been an excellent, professional and stress-free experience. Issues occur within any property naturally, but they attend to any issue promptly and offer outstanding customer service. My second year at Royal Holloway was made a lot easier by having a good place to live run by a reliant agency.

I have had a really positive experience with SOTG as a student and first time renter. Everyone I dealt with during my tenancy was helpful and friendly, and any issues were resolved quickly. I would highly recommend SOTG to any student looking to rent privately for the first time.

Slow to respond to urgent matters. Often rude and blameful on tenants. Not 24 hour contact available like originally stated. Problems had to be brought up multiple times before help was provided, most of the time was short term fixes.

SOTG have managed my property for almost 10 years and have done so with great professionalism and attentiveness. It is good to be in such safe hands knowing that I won't be bothered with the day to day running but will be kept informed when necessary. Highly recommended.
