Was left with a mouldy ceiling for 6 months, and managers think its ok to give out your phone number to other tenants without your consent

Booked a room with them and even paid £100 booking fee to book my room. However, they immediately cancel and give it to another student. Pretty pathetic way to do business.

However we could not find you booking with us. also we never charge £100 booking fee, we always charge £300 (200 deposit and 100 advanced rent) so are you sure this was the booking with us?
Could it be that you have booked the throuhg a third party agent like Uniacco, UniversityLiving, or other booking agents? They normally charge you £100 booking fee.

Living at Student Beehive’s The Block…
Living at Student Beehive’s The Block in Loughborough during my final year. I have great experience. The staffs here are so friendly and nice, always help us whenever we need, respond to our requests and messages straight away. The location of The Block is great, in the center of town, tesco and sainsbury is just five minstrel away, and it’s only takes 10-15 minutes to Uni. The room is big compare to the others accommodation. The rent is reasonable. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Do Not Live In Student Beehive
Lived in student beehive in leicester at the new building (salisbury road) the previous year. During the end of my stay i was at home due to covid protocols and when i returned to take my stuff home half of my kitchen items were missing which i assume the cleaners binned them and i spoke to the property manager and he said to compensate he will purchase a new set to me and get it delivered to my house. He has stopped replying to my messages and this is the last resort. Do not deal with this company if you want missing items.

Living at student beehive, as a first year student, during a pandemic, I had a great experience. Friendly atmosphere, safe and peaceful living space with fun students.
Great, staff and maintenance team.

Best accommodation in Loughborough
Have lived here through the pandemic and couldn't fault the excellent service, safety and overall friendliness around the accommodation. Every thing is on your door step and the management are especially caring and understanding.
