We are an Online Student (HMO) Property Letting & Management Specialist catering to landlords and students. Part of the Mistoria Group, Student Haus has been letting and managing properties in the North West since 2009. We have a wide collection of some of the finest student properties in the most popular areas near the universities. Student Accommodation is very different from Residential Accommodation and requires a different letting and management approach for you to get the most from your investment. Great service

I have only just moved to student Haus, and as a landlord the service has been excellent with tenants and booking sorted out immediately.

What I like even more however is the responsive nature of Laura. Laura has immediately replies to emails and queries. Personally I can’t ask for much more!

Excellent service

Our company have just started working with Cristina at student Haus , the service provided has been excellent, she goes above and beyond to ensure everything moves forward quickly and professionally.

10/10 service.

The staff in the office work really…

The staff in the office work really hard overseeing everything and have done for me the past 7 yrs.
They are excellent at finding tenants, cross referencing everything and prompt at paying landlords.
Mistoria are very lucky to have this team head up by Laura.

Mistoria is an awful landlord

Mistoria is an awful landlord. I have had a broken toilet for 3 years and it is still not fixed. Furthermore they do not give notice of contractor most of the time so I have had many breaking and entering under the impression I was given notice.

A big thanks to Laura and her team at the Salford Branch for all their work over the past 10 years and especially the last 12 months; particularly with refurb advice and ensuring I meet all the latest licensing requirements. Your team being hands-on means I can stick to being an armchair landlord and do not have to worry about my investments.

DISGUSTING CONDITIONS

An awful, scamming company. They will forge documents, give you a mouldy unsafe unliveable ‘house’ and take all your money. If you want to be depressed and have a lung infection then go ahead and move into a Mistoria house, if not then avoid this company like the plague!

They are now trying to take my review down by saying it isn’t about the right company. I can confirm that I’m receiving Student Haus in Salford, the address for the office I have had so many problems with is 10 Broughton Rd, Salford, M6 6LS. Danielle and Laura have been particularly horrific at their jobs. Hope this has cleared things up, don’t go with student haus☺️

Appalling Company

They dont have the tenants best interest in mind. They will charge you for rent you dont owe and claim your in arrears when your not. They dont fix problems with the houses just paint over leaks or mould and hope for the best. They barely pick up the phone and when they do, dont actually listen to what you have to say. Absolutely terrible company. If me and my family weren't proactive about chasing them to change things that are wrong with the contract, or correct their legal mistakes i would have ended up paying far more than i was ment too. I shouldn't have to make sure their system is in order just so i dont pay too much. They are in shambles and will blame it on employees leaving or miscommunication rather than admit they can do their jobs properly. Find somewhere not with this company if you can, they are honestly a last resort.
