From start to finish the experience with the team was great, so knowledgeable and supportive. The platform really supports the student follow up with emails easily. What I found particularly good was the events section so you can promote open days seamlessly.
The support from the team and willingness to look to develop the platform was brilliant and it was great collaborating with them.

I played a leading role in the procurement and implementation of Student CRM within a Midlands based HEI. Dom and the team were a pleasure to work with, as we navigated our structures, workflows and systems. There is a broad scope as to how the system can be implemented and expanded, and the impact was felt immediately upon launch. If I were to need a CRM in my new role, Student CRM would be my go to company. Their customer support, and the product itself, justify the expenditure on the system.

StudentCRM's interface is refreshingly user-friendly, much like the footnotes in a textbook that actually explain things.
While it may not have the bells and whistles of a graduation ceremony, it does provide a solid and reliable platform for managing student data and communication.
Plus, it's always improving, much like our students grades!
The true gem of StudentCRM, however, is its captain, Dom. He may not be the most famous Dom in history (looking at you, Dom Pérignon), but he's certainly the friendliest.
If CRM systems were universities, Dom would be the charming professor who makes you want to attend every lecture.

We use this CRM system for our university and it's one of the best I've ever used!
I use almost every app on the platform from creating events to studying student data, everything we need is in one place. The marketing department uses the system for various tasks, each app is extremely straight-forward to use and does exactly what we need.
The team are so helpful and go above and beyond for us. If I get stuck at any point I can talk on the livechat and my issue gets resolved within the hour.
Student CRM is the perfect solution for us.

Fantastic CRM system which has adapted to our needs. Brilliant account management and technical support, really responsive when you need them.
The product is constantly evolving and improving responding to user feedback and current trends in HE recruitment. I have used several HE CRM systems in different institutions and this one is the best I have used. Very user friendly, simple onboarding and implementation process, supported the whole way by the Student CRM team.
Has had an amazing impact on our student recruitment processes and has improved engagement and recruitment.
We are still happy with the system nearly 5 years on.
