I love the Sttoke items I recently received - the 20 oz. and 12 oz. cups. I take the 12 oz. cup to work for my water; and have yet to use the larger 20 oz. cup - this one will be good on a trip to visit my son in Virginia.

Fantastic quality travel cup. Just what I was looking for. Use for my commute and also when I’m in work. Really wanted something that didn’t have a metallic taste, keeps my drinks warm and looks good - this fits everything

I love how it came exactly like on the picture, love the colour, the sleek design where i can finally put on my car holder! Also i tried drinking coffee with it and it retain the heat and use it for my drinking water during pilates classes with the add on lid with a straw in it so convenient! Love it❤️ definitely recommended!

I like the cup's aesthetic and design overall. It feels sturdy and premium. Appears to be dishwasher safe with a removable rubber base. The design of the lid is the products vitium. The large lip at the bottom of the spout and raised lip are awkward to drink from. This same lip, when covered with ones own lip to regulate flow feels unnatural. Packaging was a huge box for 4 items. Picking and packing took a week however, once labelled, the delivery was efficient. Its like a 3.5/3.75.

So worth the money! Doesn’t leak, is awesome to drink from and feel nice in the hand. Keeps my tea nice and warm ages too. I find the mouth spout surprisingly enjoyable - a weak point in comparable products. Love it!

Still waiting for delivery . . . . it seems to take a long time.

I very like Sttoke coffee cup and colour

I like the user experience of the website and the shopping experience. It was easy and straightforward. I have bought multiple sttoke cups in the past for myself and friends.

Have been looking at owning a stoke ceramic coffee cup for awhile.... Reading the reviews certainly encouraged my purchase. Saw the sale and jumped.... Best decision and yes it keeps my coffee hot and spill proof in my handbag.

When I ordered my STTOKE set, on the order form, there appeared to have the strap as well as the extensions. These were specifically the free gifts. However, when the set arrived, the gifts were missing and when I wrote to customer care line, hello@sttoke there was no reply at all. I was really really disappointed. I tried the Cup before, it's really Good.

Hands down the best travel cup for filter coffee. There is no comparison. Been searching for something that doesn't alter the taste of filter coffee and I've finally found it. Goes without saying but would also be perfect for non filter coffee beverages too. Maintains heat well, and the white version is just so perfect.

I love the ceramic cup so much that it is so easy to clean!

You can buy insulated mugs from literally anywhere. I decided to try this brand because of the ceramic inside so that I can use it for more than just Coffee. It’s wildly exceeded my expectations and I use it five times a day. I discovered a minor problem with the inside of the cup and reached out to the company to check if it was under warranty. Turns out it was not under warranty anymore, but they sent me a new cup anyway. It was so easy to communicate with them over email, the responses were quick and the customer service agent was super helpful. I cannot imagine ever buying an insulated mug from another company again - they seem to have figured out the right mix between excellent product design and excellent customer service.

Website is easy to navigate. Purchasing process was easy. Shipping timing matched what was stated. The products are excellent.

Deeply disappointed. Have purchased several hundred dollars worth of sttoke cups, thought it was company with integrity and really high value products. at best, web page is presently not properly set up. I ordered a set of two 12 ounce cups, one of which was shown as being that cool light blue. That is not what I received in mail. What I suggest is that if you are out of a product, that you don't show a picture of it. I saw that the single cup in blue was not available, but obviously mistakenly thought the cup set still had some blue ones reserved for sets, since there was no notice that it was not available as shown. The cups are well made and i have more friends and family to gift with one, but a costly misunderstanding Not Happy!

First - BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! There was a problem with my original order. Sttoke sent a replacement quickly. I really love the 8 oz cup - it’s well-made, has a wonderful fill-to line, easy to clean, high quality and very pleasant to hold. My only issue is that I wish it kept my drink hot a bit longer. I also bought the carry strap (the cup doesn’t leak so it works perfectly).

Purchased two 8oz Commuter Cups and overall I’m quite happy with them. The quality feels premium and solid, and the design looks really nice in person. Heat retention is good as well.

The only thing that surprised me was the lid, it was extremely tight and hard to open the first time, although it became better after a few uses.

Overall still a great product and feels very durable.

This is my 4th Sttoke cup purchase which shows just how much I like these cups! I’ve got 2 of the sliding lid ones which were their first generation cups. Wasn’t perfect, as it leaks, the sliding part got loose over time, and it was difficult to wash thoroughly. As soon as they came out with the new generation lid, I bought a new cup but quickly found that the rubber part touches my nose everytime I take a sip of my coffee. After a year, the lid actually broke apart. Now that they released the 2nd generation lid, it really feels like they’ve listened to their customers feedbacks and have actually taken it seriously! Bought another new cup and a replacement 2nd gen lid and have never looked back! Looking forward to future products from the team as they’ve now gained a loyal fan 😊
