The First Aid training experience with Erika was very good and was an excellent refresher to those who had previous training but for new First Aiders was informative and provided them with a realistic and awareness of being a First Aider.

A great couple days, full of fun and laughter whilst following the criteria for the refresher course.

I attended 3 sessions over 3 weeks and it was extremely useful and interesting.
