Excellent course
Excellent course, well constructed and delivered. The trainer ensured each of us learnt how to do everything needed to follow the correct DRABC procedures. It was not only informative but fun and the trainer ensured everyone was involved as much as possible at every stage. I now feel confident what to do in an emergency.

First Aider Course (1 day)
The course was well-paced, and delivered with a balance of humour and gravitas. I feel confident to undertake the procedures taught in a real life situation if necessary.

A very thorough and well explained training session. The trainer was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. Really enjoyed learning this time as it was a lot of content but very useful.

I took my First Aid requalifications…
I took my First Aid requalifications with STS and it was really good.
I felt the instructor was clear and concise, willing to answer any questions.
I left the course feeling capable and confident in my newly acquired skills.
