Beware of Return Policy
An item I ordered for my niece did not match the product description and image. It also didn't fit. I contacted the customer support team to initiate a return and refund. They were very responsive, but required an image of my niece wearing the item showing the sizing issue before they could approve the refund and issue me a return shipping label. I had never heard of such an outrageous requirement and opted out of the process. Don't expect a quick and easy return with this company. Their policy is intended to be prohibitive and difficult in an effort to discourage returns.

This photo is a necessary requirement for processing a return application and generating a return label. The photo serves as proof for the return service, not solely for us.
We understand that you decided not to proceed with the return by declining to provide the photo. As a result, we were unable to initiate the return process.
We sincerely apologize for your less-than-satisfactory experience with us. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and as a gesture of goodwill, we were happy to offer a gift product for your niece during our conversation.
