I really love the idea however I don't think the cost is in line with the expectation of what we receive.
Subsequently because we live in Canada the shipping cost is ludicrous and so we will not be continuing to receive this after our current 3 months is up.

Thank you for your feedback, we are aware how much shipping out of the USA to CA is, we agree it's expensive, wish we could control that. At the moment we personally absorb some of the shipping costs but there is no way as a small business we can absorb all of it. Thank you trying our gifting services.
Our family loves strong selfie
Our family loves strong selfie! My two oldest daughters (age 13 and 11) look forward to their boxes every month and I LOVE what comes inside of them. The message is always about confidence and being authentic and a leader. It's always perfect.

My kids love their Strong Selfie boxes! It’s a great little surprise each month, and the contents of the boxes are so cute! They do a great job picking the items for each month. Great company and wonderful customer service!

I usually don't write reviews but I was not happy with the customer service. I worked in cs for over 40 years so was dismayed with strongselfie. Twice the packages were sent to me instead of granddaughter (the 1st was sent correctly) I was told this was corrected, but wasn't plus I paid the $18 postage and also I did not want auto renew for 3 month plan but was told I had to pay for it anyway. Hopefully I stopped it myself. Customer service didnt. There was never any offer of refund or even apologies. Beware

We did respond promptly to your email inquiry you sent on 2/26/22. We responded within 20 minutes of getting your email. As we communicated at that time you signed up for a subscription service that continues until you pause or cancel which can be done at anytime via your online customer portal or by emailing us directly. You ordered the 3 month subscription that renews every 3 months. This information is clearly stated on the website on the product page and throughout the check out process.
Regarding the shipping, the box will ship to the address the customer enters on the subscription. We are happy to update the shipping address for you to ensure future boxes ship to the home address you want. At this time you have not responded to our email so we assume the shipping address is correct.
We are a small business and always available to help customers but you also have to understand what you are subscribing too as well. We are very clear on the website about what our subscription is. Good luck.

Teens are loving the macrame plant holder that holds the faux potted plant that was in the March box. It is a great addition to any bedroom or desk area for girls. Overall that box had a retail value of over $70 and we hope the positive messaging "Keep Going Keep Growing" helps your girl feel like her STRONG self(ie).

This is a gift for my niece that is going through a rough patch in life and she was overwhelmed with joy. She is so excited to get next months box. I am elated to have this for her and thankful that you all compile such unique things for her every month and love seeing the sparkle in her eyes and joy in her face when she opens the box. I cannot wait until next month when she gets the next one, as I know she cant either.
