No diversity, a lot of office politics, poor management, long hours, low pay, management dismissing me disclosing my anxiety, hr giving out bad references to ex staff they do not like. Very horrible place to work!
As a current employee at Stripe OLT for almost 5 years, I can say hands down this is the best job I've ever had. The people are great, the work is fulfilling and you actually come away at the end of the day feeling like you've made a difference.
On top of that, Stripe OLT is a growing company, which means there is a lot of room for progression - I personally have been promoted twice and that's not a rare story in the business.
If you want to work with genuinely nice people, and feel valued in what you do, this is a great place to work!
For such a small company so many different things missing that are just so important. No mental health/employee wellbeing strategy or plan in place, no fire safety certification, mouldy fruit in office, no direct line manager, people getting fired to raise funds, no company events, dual roles but entry level salaries, directors personally attacking employees and nothing being done…. List goes on! Such a hostile place to work, with no room for career development and no support for employees. Not a motivating work culture I would ever want to be part of again
