Excellent from start to finish!
Answered questions quickly.
Sorted out the exact engraving that I’d asked for. Did this quickly and got it into the post.
Packaging was great as was the product.
I sent a message to say thank you, because they had done such a great job, then they sent me a discount on future purchases. Will certainly shop with them again! 🥰

Excellent customer service and quality…
Excellent customer service and quality work undertaken under their repairs warranty, something that Bremont seriously fail in! Decided to trust Striacroft with luxury watch repair and servicing and absolutely faultless! I recommend anybody with a high end watch to take it to them.

Above and beyond ..?
Unfortunately, the watch my wife ordered and paid for wasn’t available for reasons outside their control. But STRIACROFT went out of their way to help. They checked with original supplier and confirmed model was no longer available. They searched the supplier’s range and selected alternatives and sent them to me. In the end none proved suitable and they returned the funds. All this was done within 48 hours. At all times communications were clear and helpful. This is service above and beyond .. highly recommended.

Poor stock management
The item ordered had been out of stock for 2 years. The alternative I was offered was then out of stock at the warehouse meaning a delay of 7 weeks. All further alternatives were unsuitable. On the upside, customer service was otherwise very responsive.
