Amazing customer service, good range of watches at very competitive prices. The watch was too big and heavy for me, Striacroft suggested a range of others for me to consider, they were not pushy and refunded my money within a day of receiving the watch back. No waiting 28 days like some companies. Highly recommended.

No fault of Striacroft, but Royal Mail deliveries were haphazard at the time.
With a deadline approaching, but no item yet delivered, Oliver kindly shipped a duplicate, with an agreement to return the surplus one when it arrived. That's what you call service.
Day duly saved, we were so grateful that we bought the pair, so everyone's a winner.

Ordered just before Christmas. They emailed me to say stock was a little delayed and gave me a discount code for my order being delayed. Got my earrings shortly after. Did not think they were the correct earrings so I called them. They were super nice on the phone and advised that they were the correct earrings but were happy to take them back and issue a refund. They were so helpful. I kept the earrings anyway.

Outstanding Service. I was having trouble with Hermes not delivering parcels in my area. When I informed Striacroft I had not received my item, they quickly responded and happily investigated for me. They then promptly sent out a replacement. This is what customer service should be. Highly recommend.
