I've been using this app more than half a year. It helps me to save my time. Do not need to recall previous workouts , reps and weight.

Great app with regular improvements to make it even better

I like this app, she is very motivating in the training. My training makes good progress and the app dokuments this very good. My trainer makes the plan for the exercises, it would be great if i could change the training days. I wish that one day the app is available in german, i have problems with special words in english.

It is a good app for hypertrophy training with guided progressive overload. It allows for planning more than one mesocyclye and provides templates but also allows for customized templates and exercises.

It would be even better if supported advanced training techniques like myoreps, superset, dropsets, among others.

StrengthLab360 has been a great tool for managing my training and performance data. The support team is very responsive and helpful whenever questions come up. You can tell the app is actively maintained as new features and improvements keep appearing regularly, which shows commitment from the developers.

I’ve used several apps before. Unlike StrengthLab360 all lacked
in usability and functionality and therefore resulted just didn’t came up.
Since I used the app I significantly increased my training results and time. The app design is minimalistic and on point without cluttered screens. The algorithm pushes me every time to new heights. Even on the more pricey side it’s worth every $. With the yearly subscription it also comes down to be cheaper than most competitors.

I’ve used a few different app-based programs and strengthlab360 is the best I have used. I like the ability to choose between hypertrophy and strength, there are so many pre-set training programs and the latest updates make it very simple to get started in any program including one you have created. The algo really feels like it listens to the feedback and suggests manageable adjustments but also pushes you each session. The video explanations are clear and helpful for form. I have suggested app improvements and the team has been very responsive. This app will be great for beginners and advanced lifters alike. Highly recommend.

Ingesamt finde ich die App super! Am meisten mag ich, dass ich einfach ins Fitnessstudio gehen und das heutige Training mit nur einem Klick starten kann.
Kein langes Überlegen welche Übungen ich zu machen habe oder ob ich meine Gewichte erhöhen muss. Alles passiert automatisch!

Auch die regelmäßigen Updates machen Spaß und zeigen wie engagiert das Team ist.

I’ve been doing strength training for quite some time now. Strength lab has really helped me in sticking with a Programm and then also see real progression regarding weights. The whole app just works perfect and also has a very motivating aspect. There are many different training templates and also suggestions for beginners. It’s an app for every fitness enthusiasts if they’re beginners or already advanced.

Great algorithm. Really pushed my training to a whole new level. More progress, which was stuck before after many years of training. I really enjoyed the fact that I could choose between a strength and a hypertrophy algorithm. Also great user experience in terms of design and usability.
