Very unpleasant journey

Very unpleasant journey, noticed car vearing slightly, I looked in the driver's rear view mirror and noticed his eyes closed, then he would open them, this happened a few times, on 2 occasions he was holding the left side of his head, when we reached our destination I asked the driver had he been on duty all night to which he replied no, I suggested he go home and have a sleep, to which he replied ok.

Polite man

Polite man, but drives too fast, to close to on coming traffic, speeds brakes , what I call a Jerry driver, my head was going back and forth

Great driver and journey.

I was informed when the driver was 10 mins away, informed when the driver was outside. The driver was polite, professional and a good driver. In all the journey was a pleasant one.

We were advised by the App to go to the…

We were advised by the App to go to the desk at Marks and Spencer in terminal 2 and we were actually stood there and nobody from street cars was there. This needs ammending. While the app was searching for a driver which was a while the cancel option came on screen so we did as we thought no cab was available. We went through the process again with the same result but then street cars phoned us and we did get a taxi organised and were met by Wayne who took us to the pick up point and we reordered through the app so it was a little worrying for a while. The app does not allow for older people who are not used to dealing with the app but next time we will phone instead. Once our taxi arrived. Once our taxi arrived we had a pleasant journey home.

Highly recomend

we used this company several times last week on a 5 day visit to Manchester . They were on time each time and great phone communication to say they had arrived . Friendly kind drivers .Would highly recomend Street cars
