Streamsmile potential customers beware! Got this as a holiday present but was shocked when I realized how much it cost based on how crappy of a product it is. While they promise a 60 day satisfaction guarantee, they do not honor it. Several functions on the remote don't work, including the volume, it's processor is far slower than a phone, and the TV itself even when turned off and unplugs makes loud noises while off in the middle of the night! Their customer service asked me to troubleshoot for them, then ghosted when I asked then to send return shipping label. I gave 3 or 4 emails since that have gone unanswered. Will call credit card company and have the charges reversed. Stay away from Streamsmile until they have worked out all the bugs in their devices, rather asking customers to do the lack of quality assurance/quality control in their product before it hit the market.

Ordered the tv on Jan 10. Never received. I tried to tract it and the order number for my purchase is not valid. Have emailed 3 times with no response. Awful company

Delivery was slow. Quality is not good. Also the product detail page can be mis-leading. The shocking part is the resolution. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

SCAM!! I paid $1,200 for the TV and an extra battery 3 months ago and STILL haven’t received it. They have claimed it’s been delivered once to TX them to MO. I don’t have an address anywhere near where they “delivered” it. No calls. TOTAL SCAM…run!

I received my 32 inch tv. Easy to build and wonderfully packaged. I haven't had it for 2 months & it will not power on! I have tried everything that Streamsmile suggested & nothing. I just emailed them & from the sounds of other reviews I don't think I will hear from them. $1000 down the drain. If you want to return it you have to pay the charges. Totally disappointed!

Like everyone else said, this company is a total SCAM. My story is the same as everyone else--ordered TV on Nov 22, was supposed to arrive by Christmas, it sat in Korea and did not move. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and then the tv finally arrived in early Jan. We decided to keep it at that point, but it has completely died 2 weeks later. The company will not respond. I submitted a formal complaint to the BBB because this company is stealing money from people.

TV won't stay connected. I have emailed the company 5 times and can't get any help. Do not buy this tv

This is an addendum to my previous review "I ordered Dec 11, 2025, no TV arrived till now. I followed up, numerous emails. No answer. SCAM!!!!! BEWARE".
I just actually received it and we're happy with it. I thought I was scammed, I even contacted CC co. to start filing a dispute. Thank you StreamSmile and my apologies for the previous review. Ill give a 4 just because of unanswered emails and the worries of getting scammed. Otherwise, its great to finally receive it. Thanks again

We ordered the 32 inch monitor with a stand on Dec. 11 2025. I was worried it was a scam so I emailed them on Dec. 21. Just after Christmas we received an email apologizing for the delay and that our monitor would be shipped in the next few days. Jan. 6 we got a message from UPS saying or package was on route. We finally received it on Jan 9.
I gave it 5 stars because it was well packaged and easy to put together.
The unit itself is made of metal and is very heavy and sturdy. It's extremely well made. There are about 50 apps pre-installed and the picture quality looks great.
Overall we're very happy with our purchase.

I have to change my review! I posted a review a week ago and I was nervous. I was afraid I had been scammed. I was WRONG! The "TV's" were supposed to be here on 12/14/25. They were Christmas presents and I was counting on that arrival date. By 12/24, they had still not arrived. The did make it here the day after Christmas. I believe it was the shipper's problem though. Streamsmile was fine! The packaging was outstanding and the customer service was spot on.

I have bought two TVs for my daughter’s rooms. There is a privacy concern with this product. If any external device ( laptop , game concole) is connected to the TV the tv camera and audio goes on automatically. If you switch the TV camera and audio via settings, then you cannot use any external devices. I have requested Streamsmile to refund and arrange for pick up of both TVs but they refused. In accordance with Australian Consumer rights the privacy security concern is considered a major failure with the product and Streamsmile shall provide full refund. I am still waiting for the response. I have provided a written compain to Streamsmile but still no response.

This is a SCAM! company does not send confirmation. Does not respond to emails. When you call customer service, call is offshore in British Columbia with an answering service with no message. Please DO NOT fall for this

SCAM! Ordered the tv from an instagram post on the 12th Dec. I was immediately charged and had confirmation of the order. I emailed 10 hours later asking to cancel (which is on their refund policy). No response. Never received tracking etc. Sent numerous contact forms and emails - no response and no tracking. When I put the order in, it now says "order not found". This company is fraudulent and stealing people's money. I have contacted my bank and made a report and reported to Instagram. AVOID AVOID AVOID and DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE CRIMINALS!!

Failed to deliver. UK. Ordered 25 November. Label raised with UPS 11 December. Was supposed to be delivered 15 December. UPS still not received the product 22 December. Now with credit card company and reported to Action Fraud UK, registered with Facebook as a fraud/scam.

Same as everyone else. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

THis company did not deliver. I paid for expedited shipping 3 days and now it is 3 weeks. Numerous emails and no response and no receipt or confirmation . I reported them to my credit company and am disputing it

Scam. I researched this company but they are only just gaining legs Australia. Do not trust. Reported to NAB. This scammer then tried to pretend they were NAB, texting to say the investigation was successful and to withdraw the complaint. They also sent convincing emails asking me to withdraw and they would refund. NAB investigated and all money was repaid to me. I cannot warn you enough to not click through anything with this fraudulent organisation.

SCAM! Do not purchase from this website. Fake Black Friday sales and no communication, and item not received. Have emailed several times with no responses. No phone number/contact info either. I ordered the items at the same time as everyone else so there weren’t any bad reviews at the time just some fake ai generated testimonials on their website which I’ve realised in hindsight. I have contacted my CC company to open an investigation and apply for a chargeback.

Ordered the 32” on 11/30 and emailed them on 12/8 inquiring about order status. While they did reply within a day that the TV would be priority shipped the next day and I did receive an email with tracking number, the tracking number shows the shipper (UPS) hasn’t received the product yet (I.e., they merely created a shipping label but didn’t actually ship the product). Follow-up emails have gone unanswered and I will be disputing with my cc company.

Scam. Company never sent any shipping information despite me purchasing product on Black Friday. Looks legit via Instagram/FB/tiktok but deeper dive: bad customer reviews, product never shows and can’t reach company. No phone number to contact and don’t respond emails. Scam scam SCAM. Stay far away.
