Mr Somers comes highly recommended by my mother. From the first consultation through to post- op care, I have always felt that I was in the safest pair of hands. He understands the struggles of bariatric patients and his level of empathy is his greatest attribute. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. The entire team at Streamline are excellent.

Fantastic experience with Streamline surgical. The whole team are so helpful and caring and nothing is ever a problem. I'm so pleased I went for it and I feel so much happier and healthier 2 years on. The aftercare is fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for bariatric surgery.

Two years on from my gastric bypass op. The best thing I have ever done, my only regret is that I wish I’d done it sooner. The care and support has been outstanding and I wasn’t rushed into making a decision when I first contacted Streamline to find out more details. If I needed to, which I don’t, I’d definitely use Streamline again. Life changing!!! Had my end of package follow up today which was just as good, although the two years has passed I am comfortable in the knowledge the support is still easily available should I need it for any reason.

Everyone I have met/spoken to put me totally at ease. No shame here! Professional and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend. Well done streamline!

A special mention to my dietician George who has been through the journey with me from the start! Always on hand to help me with any struggles and hurdles we faced at the beginning of treatment, kept me informed about dietary supplements and overall health to sustain a good healthy relationship with food and nutrition.

It has been almost 2 years since my gastric band surgery & the service, care & professionalism of all staff has been amazing from start to finish. My surgeon was Dr Ben Knight & he made me feel safe & reassured & I have lost almost 5 stone since surgery. The aftercare has been fantastic, with monthly appointments with Anne Marie for a band check who really puts the individuals health & well being first (even if I think I always want a fill), she has been so supportive & i genuinely believe without her, George my dietician & his advice, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Also a massive thank you to Rena at reception who is always so friendly & a joy to speak to. A wonderful team & truly the best decision I made by going to Streamline. Thank you! 100% Reccomend!

Had a gastric bypass through this company in April 2021. The hospital was clean and the staff were amazing. Then for the two years following I got fantastic aftercare. Mr Aruna Munasinghe is a fantastic surgeon. George Hamlin Williams was my dietitian who I had frequent contact with and who coached me through my resulting pregnancy. I have recommended streamline to many people and will continue to recommend them. Money well spent for sure. They saved my life.

Have had an amazing experience from start to finnish! Guy slater was my surgon! And he did change my life! With support from the whole team, George the dietitian and Michael the support team! They were fab! 2 years out of surgery and the surgery has changed my life… 10 stone down! :)

Streamline have been absolutely fantastic. The support I have received from the patient support team has been absolutely invaluable. I have lost 16 stone to date and I know I couldn’t have done it without the support team. I’d love to give a particular shout out to Mike Holder who has been a source of continuous support throughout my journey.

I had the gastric sleeve done at Guilford Hospital with the surgeon Markus.
The treatment that I have received have been brilliant. I feel that it is very important to be in good hand when you are doing a surgery. I felt surrounded by very good professionals. It was difficult for me the first 2 weeks after surgery (getting used to, pain …) but it was worth it 100% I will go through it again! So far I have lost 42% of my excess weight within 3 months after surgery.

All the streamline staff were excellent, they kept me informed from the start and my gallbladder op went smoothly.
They were also £1500 cheaper than my local private hospital.
It was quick and efficient from the start.

Streamline Surgical provided top quality care from start to finish. From the planning, to my surgery, to dealing with immediate aftercare everything was well done. The long term aftercare package provided by the wider team was brilliant and has helped me make the most of my surgery and achieve my goals. It's been life changing.

16 months post bypass and 68kg down, I now have a bmi of 20 and Guy Slater and dietician George have saved my life and given me my future back. A few hurdles along the way but picked up, dusted down and pointed back in the right direction each time by George who mopped up my tears and reassured me that all was well and now I regret absolutely nothing! I’m so happy and know I absolutely made the right decision. Reassured knowing I was in the hands of a competent and caring surgeon and also a supportive team of staff behind him who were always available to answer any queries and support both physically and mentally both pre and post op. I had a gastric band with Mr Somers in March 2021. He is incredibly skilled, kind and encouraging. He is clearly very invested in your success, as is his staff. George was my dietician, and he was fabulous. The operation was a total success. I lost 3 stone in the first year and haven’t deviated by more than a pound since. I will forever be grateful to Mr Somers, George and all the staff.

I cannot recommend Streamline enough. I started this process knowing I wanted WLS but was unsure of where to start. I had a consultation with Mr Ali Alhamdani and we discussed my options and he educated me and helped to me understand where to begin. He really made me feel like a human and that I was more than just my weight - something that, in my experience, can sometimes be overlooked by Drs. I had never stayed in hospital before and was quite nervous let alone been put to sleep.

I decided to go ahead with the op and went in on the 6th Feb 2021. I met with Mr Alhamdani in the morning and we discussed a few things and I appreciated his openness as I had a lot of questions about the surgery itself due to being nervous. He visited me later that day after the op and again the next morning to help me get started with my new life.
The support didn't stop there and over the last 2 years I have had regular check -ins with Frances to support my weight loss further.

I thoroughly enjoyed my catch ups with Frances over the last couple of years as she has made me feel like she really wants me to succeed and we have been able to have open conversations about the next steps in my life (further surgery for skin removal and future pregnancy ect). Frances has supported my changes and offered me good advice on making the most out of this experience.

The team at streamline have always been available if I needed to speak to someone over the phone in-between appointments and have made me feel that no question was too silly to answer. The team as a whole are incredibly friendly and supportive and have gone above and beyond for me.

The surgery itself was smooth sailing which was down to the expertise from the Drs and all the staff in the hospital. The support since has been second to none and Streamline have supported me to lose the 12 and a half stone I have lost to date.

I feel like I have my whole life ahead of me now at 29 years old which doesn't seem possible compared to the situation 2 and a half years ago when I first met Mr Alhamdani. If you are looking in to this as an option I highly recommend Streamline, I can honestly say this changed my life and I have them to thank for it

I had a consultation with Mr Somers for revision weight loss surgery in September 2022. He was extremely thorough in his explanation of my options and I felt fully in control of the decisions I was making around the best surgery for my health and longer term success. We booked my surgery in for 20th December 2022 and all went extremely well.
Mr Somers is extremely personable and never judges you on why you're in the position that you require weight loss surgery. This was very reassuring for me as past experience with other medical professionals have been less positive.
I wouldn't trust anyone else with my body when considering this type of operation. Being in London was key for me and the pre and post operative support and follow up care is outstanding. Worth every penny and no regrets.

The company started off wonderfully helpful until I decided not to go ahead with surgery. They took 5 weeks to refund my money and told me I would only lose my £500 deposit then 1 day before paying my money back they told me they were taking £1,000 off my money for administration costs and 1 dietician call. Disgusting

Wow I had a lovely phone call from Gavin Quinton the managing director from Streamline who was very apologetic and chatted to me at length. 2 days later my £500 was refunded. I was really gobsmacked and very pleasantly surprised. Great customer care. Thank you 🙏

To make the decision to have this surgery was such a huge thing for me. I was so scared and even doubted that it would work for me as I just couldn’t lose any weight although I tried so hard.
I will be forever grateful that I found the courage to go ahead with it. Guy Slater was such an understanding surgeon. He wasn’t all about the medical side of the procedure, he really understood how low I had gotten when I approached Streamline for a consultation.
From that first consultation to this day (8 months post op), I have felt supported and I have had such good care.
I have lost the weight that I needed to lose and I am rediscovering the person I used to be before excess weight overwhelmed me.

Excellent support from my dietician post operative. Nothing was too much trouble . I was a bit slower than many with reaching goals but when I spoke to George felt reassured throughout.
