Still haven't received my order!

They can improve by sending me my correct order.
Have been trying to get it from January 2025.
I would like my order or get a full refund.
Which doesn't look like is going to happen.
They just keep mucking around. Communication with them has been ongoing since January. Still nothing sorted.
I'm not accepting their offer of $14 When I paid $90 AUD
I live in Australia, & really needed my order.
Not happy at all!!!

Another name they go by is egad-blue. I paid them $32 for a large mug. It took more than two months to receive the product and it was not right. I emailed them photos and they told me that their warehouse said my order was correct, but the pictures I sent show two completely different products. First they offered me $3 as compensation, then offered $7, then offered me $13. I told them each time that was not acceptable. They said it was their manufacturers fault, and they got the entire order wrong. My order was for a large sweary mug that should have been 16 ounce size and read "Shut Your Wh*re Mouth" in the bottom of the mug, but instead it is a 6 ounce mug that has one word in the bottom, "Shut". They are a total fraudulent company. they also told me I can ship it back, but if I change my mind then they will give me the $13 offer. I am not shipping a mug back to them that will cost me $46 just to ship. I am already out $32 with a defective mug.

I bought a canvas that was supposed to be to be 26 feet by 13 feet. I got one 6 feet by 4 feet I emailed they refused to fix the problem. I asked for supervisor they quit talking to me. It is a scam site.

BEWARE. I think these people must be running a huge organisation here and god only knows how they do it !! This company is also known as several other names including BLOOM. I ordered 2 bras and 2 pairs of trousers. Took over 2 weeks to arrive and the sizing is laughable at least 2 sizes too small and I ordered next size up to be safe. I’m too like others being offered drips of money. I spent over £50 and have been offered £5 then £8 then final offer of £12 with the threat that it will cost me more to return to get a refund and any items worn will not be refunded. The bras were on the small side but I thought might give me a lift haha. Nope the thing fell to pieces after 2 hours of being worn. If this company treats the customers this way and produces such poor quality items. I wonder how ethical they treat the people that work for them. I can’t help but think sweat shop. Anyway I’m disgusted. These people are selling an unbelievable amount of products under god knows how many company names !!

Currently in the process of a fraud case with this company. Do not order from Strawmeans!

Would give 0 stars if I could. These people are also scamming people out of “blind date with a book” charged more than they were supposed to on card then send pamphlets (“books”) with a chapter in it, a piece of string, 2 mini fake flowers. Have tried cancelling since just after I made the order. Less than 12 hours. I kept emailing and emailing and they rushed the order to me so they could say it was too late when I had emailed. Asking me to pay to send it back or they will return $8 to me.

Facebook ad, paid for express delivery (7-12 business days) on Dec 7. Item came Jan 22 (sender name was “Penisez”). Item was defective. Company won’t refund me. Offered me $4, now $6. Or I can return it to china, and the cost of shipping will be worth more than the item. Company also goes by Economicalk, or Sonzea Trading. This is their last reply:

I ordered the Dr. Melaxin eye cream. I kept getting email up dates on the package. I got an email stating package was delivered to my mail box at 11:52 a.m. which I thought was strange because my mail always gets delivered at 1:30p.m. Checked the mail no package. I contacted them via email. Still no response. I was thinking this was a scam because I ordered the product over a month ago. Now I know its a scam do not order from these thieves.

This website/company is a scam. they know the loopholes in the policies of credit card companies and take advantage of them.

They send you a product (albeit not what you ordered and paid for) knowing that credit card companies require you to return the product to them to initiate a dispute. I suspect the cost to return the item in most instances is greater than the cost of the item they scammed you with.

Do not buy from these fraudsters!

Ordered 3 Dr Melaxin eyecream and they sent me some other china product. After I feedback to them, they said my order was the china eyecream when I know exactly what I ordered. This is obviously a scam site.

Ordered Boom nasal sticks 11-1-24 supposed to be here within a week. Never have received anything. I’ve literally emailed over 20 times and not one response.
COMPLETELY A FRAUD and SCAM

Ordered Dr. Melaxin Eyephalt eye bag cream and received Babbosow eye bag cream made in China.
