I ordered asap and the plants arrived within a week. I could’ve waited as I’ve a month before hardening them off but they’re healthy and strong

Healthy plants, well packed, shipped from Poland
The plants shipped from Poland via Dpd. Full tracking every step of the way. They shipped immediately and arrived within a few days.
I got twenty strawberry plants and some bare root bushes. They were well packaged in a flat wooden crate, bubble wrapped. All of the plants were healthy and whole. They even came with a cute little 'adoption' leaflet explaining how to care for them on arrival.
I wish that it was made clearer on the .ie website that the plants ship from Poland rather than Ireland, but I'll definitely use them again.

Perfect buying experience
The website is easy to use and there is a good explanation of the different varieties. One particular type(Senga Sengana), I had been looking for since childhood(over 50 years) and found them on strawberry-plants.ie. Amazing!
The order process was perfect with tracking via DPD at every stage.
The plants arrived from Poland to Ireland in less than a week, they were potted, very securely packaged and in excellent and very healthy condition with plenty of new growth.
Included was an extra pot with 2 free strawberry plants.
I can highly recommend this seller and have no hesitation in buying from them again in the future.

It came fairly quickly from Poland to Ireland
I’m happy to see my plants
But packaging could be in a bigger box because a lot of stems are damaged
But I’m giving 4 stars because I got my plants fast and correct number of them and correct type. communication was a bit delayed but efficient.

Sent me half dead plants with no leafs…
Sent me half dead plants with no leafs which weren't in pots and even when i sent pictures they refused to give me a refund. They claimed that plants should look like that. If I wanted to nurse plants back to health then I wouldn't buy them I'd just ask for rejects from a local shop
