Still waiting on my package that is coming through straightship. It’s sat in a truck in a town approximately an hour away for over a week now, I could have gone to get it from said town quicker than this if given the option. Not sure if it’ll ever show up. Customer service is horrendous, sat on hold for an hour only to get an answering machine and then hung up on because their inbox was full. Haven’t even heard back from the email I sent either and it’s been days. Would give them negative stars if I could honestly, I’ve asked Temu to not use them for me ever again.

I've never had any problems with this company and I'd recommend them. On time and delivered right to door.

Pkg #3 missing...go figure !! Sent to the wrong province and then...poof !! It disappears. Not one time...but 3 times. Sticky fingers or no read the english !!

We are very disappointed with the customer services that you have. Everytime we call, we always get an irritated tone with the agent. They do wanna listen to the details first before answering, its like they don't have patience at all. And if you say something please they always they cannot. How about saying that we'll check and try our best or else apologize cause you don't have an option to contact directly with the driver. But instead hearing a rude and irritating reply, It's like they do wanna listen to whatever you will say.
We're just very disappointed that's all 😤😡
Take note I'm not writing this because I called once but this happen multiple times.

Tellement déçue je crois que je ne commanderai plus jamais sur Temu à cause de ce transporteur

We live in rural Ontario with a long driveway. Straightship stops, takes a picture of your fire number and drops the package on the pavement and takes a 2nd picture. Amazon and other companies have always driven up the drive and left packages on the front step or left in the mailbox at the end of the driveway. Why can't Straightship?

Would give this company a 0 if I could. From wrong address delivery. To blocking your emails when you inquire politely. To no delivery attempts to just sending your parcel back. I cannot understand why this company is still in service with their shady delivery practices.

I made an order through temu and was shipped with straightship up to this present more I have not received my package or get any updates on my package am calling the customers service number and no one picking my call ,I send an email no response this is a terrible service and very frustrating 🙃

This company is terrible!! I never get my package they lied to temu about the picture they sent as proof so i can’t get a refund! Been calling them so many times and emailed them too but no luck! With the looks of it has a bad reputation as for delivery services even resolving issues like mine. Sooo frustrating!! How can we get this company get accountable for this!! I am sooo mad!!

I hadn't ordered from temu in about a year. Always shipped it to my Po box building but with straightship they always try to do the delivery on a Saturday when there's no staff to receive parcels.
I've contacted straightship through email to get the address changed. They say yup we'll get this changed but they done nothing. 9Tried calling and Been on hold for an hour only to be told there's no one to answer and to leave a message, then told the message box is full and processed to get hung up on.
Its a extremely unprofessional company

Please read the instructions for delivery. You guys do this every year in the Spring. I wrote down that the driveway is safe, yet you guys still leave my packages at the end of the driveway. Thats unsafe as I have had packages stolen before. PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.

Dint bother to call me or buzz me just left with order.

The delivery company is a scam.
Do not choose straightship. I have seen many of my friends telling the same thing as they ordered mainly through temu. Straightship most probably won't deliver your packageand you will receive updates like"delivery attempt was made but address issue/doors locked or something. These guys seems to steal those orders from temu and selling it on other platforms.

10 days, no update, they don’t know where it is, 2 files of investigation, and nothing. You call, and they just give you I will look into it, brutal

they also provide fake photo said the package was delivery, the person in the photo is not anyone I know. they stole the package right in front of my building.

My package from Temu was due to be delivered today ( April 9th) by 9:00 p.m. My courier arrived at 7:00 p.m. Very courteous and prompt. I have only had one issue with one package being delivered to a different address ( not this driver), and thankfully the people who received it, tracked me down and delivered it to me. Kudos to my delivery guy tonight….Thank you so very much! 🙂

Because of you return my order to shipper I had to put in writing to my address saying for blind intercom driver's with big numbers to my home because they are so stupid to think my location unsafe or can't finding the address I am very angry you guys deserve bad reviews all times if you can't find my address how come all other companies find and leave my package because of so safe I ha a parcel box plus big mail box can fits delivery packages I know you have many company names including intelcom Dragonfly you are so terrible to send back my package I hope the companies never use your service for my packages ever again.

I would give it negative stars but can’t. The worst company out there. Cant get hold of them and their couriers don’t follow delivery guidelines. I had 4 packages in a row not delivered within a week!! How is this even acceptable? And how are they even in business. NEVER USE THEM, and REFUSE if any company tries to use them for their logistics. I personally contacted any and all businesses and banned from using them on my account. THE WORST! They should be responsible for my time resolving their incompetence and money lost due to them. I would litigate but I won’t let them cost me more time and money.

The delivery driver left my packages on the ground outside my building's door, instead of attempting to deliver my packages at a future time. I was lucky that one of my neighbours ended up going outside, saw the packages, and brought them inside for me. I live in the Northend, Winnipeg Manitoba. Where it's common for people to steal packages. In the past, if they weren't able to hand the packages directly to me, they would have tried delivering the packages at a future time, which is what they are supposed to do. Leaving the packages outside, where random people can easily grab them is a big risk.

Very unreliable service, it shipped to another province, I called to report that it was out for delivery elsewhere. The call center operator tried to reach the warehouse, they wouldn’t answer them. This is the last Temu order for me, 20 days in shipping with no replies.
