Everyone that I dealt with couldn’t do enough for me!
Everybody I dealt with were helpful even after the wrong size of flu pipe was sent to me. They organised a replacement immediately and it arrived in no time. excellent service. The fire is very good but I have big hands and touched metal a few times so I had to bend the handle out and added a longer wooden sleeve which solved the problem of not being able to adjust the pressure to close the door easily!
I’d prefer to have the door opening on the opposite side and the fire a few inches deeper too…to make it perfect.
Not too keen about the ash falling down the front behind door? When you open the door ash falls off the bottom of the door onto the floor!! My Stovax didn’t..regards

Excellent product
Excellent product, packaged well so could be moved with pallet truck into position. Delivery driver was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the product as well which was a bonus. All in all very happy with my purchase.
