They sent wrong size glass
They sent wrong size glass. We returned the glass. No refund offered for the postage. The returned glass got lost in their internal system, I had to chase it up.

Hi Ian, we made a mistake and you received the wrong piece of glass. We then gave you a call to apologise and dispatched the correct piece back to you the same day we received your return, as well as including a free Schott Robax dry wiper for the inconvenience. We've had no further contact from you since this. I can see you received the correct piece last Friday so I hope you've enjoyed a cosy week with your promptly replaced stove glass!

The glass in the stove broke at the wrong time, but the replacement came so quickly that there was no problem. Really good service is hard to find these days so this was a shining light on customer care.

Hi Steph, all of our stove glass is cut to size and made to order. You placed your order on 23/12/24 at 9:16 PM. We dispatched your order on Christmas eve with special guaranteed next day delivery with Royal Mail (as requested). You then emailed us that same day at 2:48 PM (after our cut off point and after all orders had already been dispatched) and asked to cancel. All glass is bespoke, any glass that arrives broken, we replace immedietly free of charge, any mistakes on our end (if you receive the wrong measurements) we replace immedietly free of charge. We're a small family run business and we try our best to be responsive and help our customers as much as we can. We pride ourselves on our fast turn around and dispatch all orders the same working day and advertise this aspect on our website. We fulfilled your order and promptly dispatched the same working day.
