Late order- ordered 14th May (money transfered) for a friend's special birthday on 26th May . I emailed on 19th May as I hadn't received confirmation of order or notification of dispatch. Storyteller replied saying it had been dispatched but I wasn't given any tracking information. 28th May , still not received so emailed again and messaged on Facebook messenger 29th May which I was told it should've been sent and would get back to me, which they did on 2nd June saying it would be re sent the next day . As I still had no confirmation email etc I messaged again on 7th June and the reply on 10th June was it had been sent and I actually received it on this day . Disappointed it arrived late for my friend's birthday party and I've had to do so much chasing. Such a shame as it's a lovely key ring and a great idea !

Ordered the flags that I needed and they arrived promptly.

I was very excited to order as a gift, but I was left disappointed. Only part of my order arrived and there were errors in the engraving. I contacted customer services who responded quickly to ask for details of what went wrong, and then nothing. I'm left with only part of my order and some of the flags I do have, have errors in the engraving. I'm afraid I'd caution against buying from them.

We’ve been collecting the flags for a little while now, and they’re brilliant quality. Fast delivery too - very happy.

I ordered a key ring with three flags as a bundle and one additional flag. I did not receive a confirmation email, but when I queried if my order had been received I had a response quickly that it was on the way and they would check what had gone wrong with the confirmation email. The key ring and three flags arrived relatively quickly but the additional flag was missing. I queried this, again had a quick response saying it had been out of stock but was being despatched the next day. That was 16 days ago. I’ve emailed twice since and had no reply. I’ve been charged for the item and not received it. It’s a shame as I love the product I’ve received and would happily order a lot more, but not if items aren’t received and communication is ignored.

10 days since order and still not received. Didn’t even receive email confirmation so now getting anxious. Yet to contact seller as previous order was excellent. Keeping fingers crossed just a delay. Not happy.

Order sent to wrong address due to system error and returned by the occupant yet Storyteller said that they didn’t receive it.
Very unhelpful customer service which has left me out of pocket with no item. Will not order from them again. Lots of other companies doing the same thing

Great products, quick delivery, lovely people. The flags make a brilliant gift or your own collection. I would always recommend.

Prompt delivery and always top quality

Placed my order on 28th November which didn't arrive and was apparently lost by the courier. The company assured me that they would resend and it would arrive by Christmas. It didn't. Twice now they have told me that my order has been re made and dispatched and they would send me tracking details which they didn't. They are now ignoring my emails for an update on the order.

EDIT: Yes my order has now arrived, however it is incomplete and with incorrect engraving which I have emailed you about but you've not replied to me... It seems you only respond when I post something publicly so hopefully you will now be on touch about about the issues with the order

Great present. I bought it for someone who seems to always be going on holiday and they loved me starting off their collection.
Great little gift and the tags are really well made with clear and neat engraving. The quality of the product is excellent and can't rate the company highly enough. Would recommend highly and use again.
Bought 3 tags just before Christmas and they accommodated me changing my mind after order on the engraving on one of the tags. There were stock issues due to demand and they were really clear with the options and accommodated my choices. This just meant that they let me choose a slightly later date to ensure I got what I wanted.
There was a issue with delivery as the [very well known and should have been more reliable] courier apparently lost the order a few days before Christmas. However, unlike some other firms, this was not made my problem. In fact, quite the contrary...I took quite relaxed view as expected that there was little that could be done and was pleasantly suprised to get an estimated delivery time and they messaged me daily to ask if I had received them. Once it was established that the courier had lost the order, it was redone and they dropped onto the mat on Christmas Eve.
To add to this, I got a message on Christmas Day to check that I had received the gift....what more could I ask for......?
Given that my regular rant is, sadly, that customer service nowadays is thin on the ground and the starting point is often a refund or a bit of cash to shut you up, then I had a very different experience.
Fantastic experience and giftvwent down a storm.
So appreciative at my end and great value for something a bit different that will rattle on the car keys, hopefully brightening up many a dull commute.
Can I do 6 or more stars?

They did not deliver the engraved products I paid for. They are now ignoring me about the refund.

Twice they asked me what I thought of the product and I said I haven't got it yet. I eventually got it.
