Had a Storm Rebel. The strap broke as it is made of poor quality rubber. Only just got round to contacting them but Storm don't keep spares as it is a discontinued model. The strap is integral and cannot be replaced with a normal strap. Absolutely dire "customer service" DO NOT BUY STORM as they don't keep spares if it is discontinued. The watch is scrap.

Bought for me as a present. Wasn't working so had new batteries put in. Informed Storm London and they basically didn't care that I had to pay to get it working. They are more of a fashion item than a time piece. Don't waste your money. Bad watch and poor customer service.

Appalling customer service, December 2023 and still using COVID as an excuse not to take telephone calls, Do not respond to e mails. Expect me to post a £300 watch for repair under guarantee and to pay postage costs both ways. Will not acknowledge receipt of the item. They fill me with zero confidence that i'll ever get my watch back. Have decided to pay for a local Horologist to carry out the repair.

Loved my storm watch until I took it in a swimming pool thinking it would be ok as it is water Resistant up to 50 metres but how I was wrong as soon as I went in a 2m swimming pool it instantly steamed up. Their ok if you just want a pretty watch but I wouldn't take their word for anything when it comes to the specs

This is my 2cnd Storm Watch, Ive only had it 2 weeks & Its started with the EXACT same fault as my Old One, It's started Steaming up on the Inside of the watch face....I had the Old One Repaird Numerous times, But It Eventually gave up Ghost... I've not put it in water, All I can think of is, It's got Splashed with water, But Surely a watch as Expensive as this should Stand up to a Splash of Water!

Bought sm2 smartwatch from third party would not pair to phone even though the phone said it had . Tried to phone storm but was told by recorded message that they were not taking phone calls because of COVID thought we were mostly working normally now emailed for help no reply had to return watch will no buy storm again no matter how good ideal world say they are

Bought a watch as I've already got 3 storm watches which I bought from a store at trentham gardens and for the first time used their site . What a mistake had the watch it was difficult to set up as the instructions were rubbish, worn it twice and it's stopped working and to be honest when it arrived it wasn't worth the money at all , so contacted storm to return it as it was faulty and asked for a returns label and they said no they don't provide that , I've got to return it at my cost and after they have examined the watch they will refund it if the watch is faulty .....ITS STOPPED WORKING
I've emailed than back saying that this is not satisfactory and they are now ignoring my emails .. absolutely rubbish customer service ...avoid using thees people as once you've paid the money they are not interested .

I put a watch in my basket I liked but it was a bit too expensive...but after a few days I received an email saying I could have it at a reduced cost..so I ordered it straight away...it came fairly fast and I was very happy with it...but upon trying it it was far too small and had no extra links..after a quick email to them they asked me how many links I require and sent them straight away at no extra cost to myself...what an amazing company , fast , reliable, great products overall extremely satisfied with the hole experience well done guys

Have bought several of these watches for my husband.They arrive so quickly after ordering, look lovely and he has had no problems with them.

I was extremely disappointed with my watch. Within the warranty time twice different screws have fallen out and told by storm that they need to check it and possibly glue the screws in. But each time i would have to pay for postage and insurance. If this continues it may cost the value of another watch. I've had £20 watches that have lasted years so will stick with the cheaper ones. Not worth the hassle for the money. You expect these to be good quality not dropping to bits in the first year of purchase. Never again really liked the look out it too. Never mind just shows higher price does not necessarily mean good value.

I have been a loyal customer of Storm for years - I have over 16 Storm watches and love every single one of them! My husband bought me a new watch for Christmas and I could immediately tell that it was far more cheaply made than all of my other watches. The signature plastic/silver lidded box is now replaced with a cardboard version and the watch weighed less than any of my other watches. I wore the new watch "Cosima Blue" no more that 5 or 6 times and the strap broke. I emailed Storm and have been absolutely disgusted with the way they have responded. I must pay to return this watch (insured) to them whereby they will investigate whether or not there is a fault with the watch...……. er hello, the bloody thing has broken in less than 6 weeks of ownership!! Once the investigation is over they will contact me to notify me whether they are going to charge me for this privilege.

What an absolutely outstanding way to treat an incredibly loyal customer. Storm London needs to reassess their diabolical approach to customer service ……… in the meantime I shall be contacting citizens advice to find out where I stand legally before I pursue this further.

STORM LONDON MEN’S MAGNITOR LAZER BLUE
This Special Edition STORM Magnitor is a unique watch by using a revolving disc movement to count the hours and minutes. The Magnitor features a window designed in the shape of a bullet at the 3 o’clock position.
However smart the design, and obvious quality of materials, there lacks a certain something for a watch in this price bracket.
A day and date function is missing form the Magnitor, and the hour disc does not have increments; making it difficult to determine which hour is relevant at a glance.
The most damming restriction is the Magnitor is impossible to read in the dark, no backlight or illuminated disc in any format.
Both the strap and case are made from brushed stainless steel and the watch is waterproof to 50m. This watch comes complete with a Special Edition presentation box and certificate.

Poor value for money.

Bought a lovely watch. The watch products are amazing and would highly recommend. My wife bought the wrong one and I had returned it. Communication throughout was excellent and very efficient. Would highly recommend using this company.

I was in a furious state at some point with Storm. However it seems there was some specs misunderstanding (not fault) and a prompt return policy is in place, so I can not blame at this stage the company or the product.

The brand we all know, the service and people seems to be there an responding, so all good I suppose.
