I had an exceptional experience working with Callum. He presented me with an opportunity that was perfectly aligned with my skillset and provided invaluable assistance in preparing for the interview. My recruiter, Anduena, was polite, professional, and always asked if she was calling at a good time. I enjoyed working with her, although I didn't appreciate meeting with her two bosses at the end of my negotiations. I felt this portion of the recruiting process was unnecessary.

I have had worked with a lot of recruiters in the past but very few of them actually made me felt like I've been respected.

Storm5 has been standing out since day 1 when they first reach out to introduce me about the opportunity. Not only that they are mindful of my timezone, my current working status and what was wanting in the next opportunity, but they also care about cultural fitting. They are being transparent in terms of sharing both positive and negative reviews about certain roles/companies they are working on. What I was impressed is that they would help me get all my questions answered via their communication for the employer, rather than just told me to ask the interviewer (For the question that is not relevant for the interviewer).

It made me really like the people in Storm5 really cares about me as an individual, rather than just one out of many engineer out there.

What really amazed me though, is they follow up with me to see how everything went with the new role months after I got started. I can tell you that with my decades of working experience, none of the agents except Storm5 did that. This is a truly amazing team! Kudos to you!
