I have worked with Sophia and Darwisyah as well as Tom from Storm2 to fill a tricky role with a small local talent pool. They brought in a a good understanding of the available talent pool, understood the requirements well and our context, created a good narrative to build a pipeline despite a limited talent pool, kept the candidates warm and pushed/guided us throughout the process, and were then able to close the offer stage successfully. They were also equally motivated to help us find a replacement candidate.
