Jake and the team at storepoint have been incredibly helpful! They helped me make a few styling edits to ensure the map looks great on my site.
I've integrated my storepoint map with Squarespace and it's amazing - 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to do some cool custom map stuff.
I love Storepoint! It's the perfect solution for us with the flexibility to change and update locations quickly. The design is professional and clean and custom to our brand. It's affordable and their customer service is exceptional! Love the sync to Google Sheets too.
An issue came up that was beyond my "expertise", as I am not knowledgeable about backend web functionality. I struggled and ended up missing a key part of the tutorial which resulted in an error on our maps. I emailed Storepoint and Jake got back to me within a few hours! He walked me through the fix (a couple times..) and even emailed to check how things were going when he saw I hadn't yet fixed the issue. That's service. Thanks, Jake!
I'm always wary of site plug-ins and have tried maps before. They always tend to not fit with the design of our site or are not intuitive to use. Storepoint is a game-changer. From first click of purchase to final product was about 15 minutes of chatting with Jake @ Storepoint, meanwhile he was the one doing all the work. He created a beautifully customized map with basically no direction. I'm a stickler for design and the product is beautiful. Highly recommend.
Great platform, easy to use and excellent service!
