Hi,
Sorry to hear of your issue with everything.
The hanger fits all standard doors. The only issue you may come across is closing the door. It depends how flush the top of your door frame sits with your door when its closed.
LayBuy is a method of payment that can be selected at checkout. You can also pay by Card and many other ways.
A return is always offered. If you would like to return please contact us with your order number and email us. info@storeofjam.com
Many thanks
