14/5/26 - When my sofa was delivered and being built the person dropped the sofa and put a hole in my room wall, what a joke.
21/5/26 - Store2door stated that they would respond to me within 48 hours, but as expected I have not had a response and therefore require details of their Public Liability Insurance to make a claim for the damage to my property.

Sofa was delivered today. Excellent service. The guy and gal were brilliant, really polite, friendly, installed quickly and neatly.

Excellent service from Connor and Dan with our King sofa delivery. Communication around the delivery was superb. We had a bit of parking issue (my fault) but both were so kind and accommodating. The delivery itself to our higher floor flat was smooth and quick and both always had a smile on the whole time doing the job. Definitely a 5 star.

Excellent service, delivery date and time slot agreed quickly. Delivery drivers friendly, professional and efficient. New sofa delivered unwrapped and put in place within 15 mins. All rubbish taken away. Couldn't fault.

Fantastic experience. I had a few things planned that needed to work around for delivery, which meant slot I had wasn’t that big. Was delivered virtually spot on time as was agreed.

Designer sofas delivery was efficient and polite . He rang me before delivery and told me the time he would arrive which saved me waiting in for 2 hrs. The sofa and chairs were installed quickly with no fuss . Would highly recommend

Had an order from Furniture Village delivered today by Shaun, Matt and Connor. Absolutely brilliant service. Pleasant, cheerful and helpful lads. Took great care to cover all the flooring with mats and used protective overshoes. Unpacked, put together as necessary and removed all packaging etc. Can't fault the service.

They delivered a heavy piece of furniture to a first floor bathroom.

Professionalism and care at its best! Shaun and Matt were very polite and on time, they called us before they arrived. They took good care and made sure nothing was damaged during transport and assembly of the sofa. Answered all our questions and made sure we were happy with our order! Cannot recommend them enough!
