It's a mess; I returned a sweater but haven't received a refund yet—it's all taking far too long.

I ordered three shirts with a delivery time of 4 days. In real time two shirts were delivered in 10 days. 2 Days before delivery, to my surprise, I received an email that they would process my cancellation request of one of the shirts; a request I certainly did not make. Probably they did not have that size in stock anymore. Then just say so!
I did not receive any response on the email that I sent right away. And I had to pay another shipping costs to pay for the delivery for the third shirt in another size.
No reactions, no service at all! Think again when you think about ordering something.

Financiele afhandeling na een retour zending laat lang op zich wachten, geen feedback. Voor de rest prima.

Het inpakken van de producten moet beter
Beschadigd aankomen kost klanten
Helm aan de rand van de doos met daarnaast papier gepropt
Oude manier met lucht zakjes was beter

De trui was optijd binnen, maar helaas te klein. De trui is retour. Had na weken nog geen terugbetaling en toch maar een mail gestuurd. Nu nog niet eens een reactie en terugbetaling ontvangen.

Betrouwbare winkel.

Na 3 maanden vielen de letters op de achterkant van het t-shirt eraf. Contact opgenomen, maar zij konden niks doen omdat het shirt net iets langer dan 90 dagen in ons bezit was. Het antwoord was; “ wij weten niet hoe jullie met het shirt zijn omgegaan”. Beetje raar antwoord

My order got stuck at customs. Waited a week to see if Fanatics was going to contact FedEx to provide the information that they needed to release my items. E-mailed customer service because I couldn’t get a hold of someone with chat. They took 5 days to reply back. Gave Fanatics customer service the information they needed. Fanatics took another 4 days to respond back saying they are urgently trying to resolve the issue and I will get a confirmation email within 72hrs. I waited another 4 days never got an email so I contacted them again. They said that the logistics team is working on it but it might be quicker if I contacted FedEx. So the next day I did just that and FedEx said that my package is already being processed to be sent back to Fanatics because they didn’t get the information they needed in time. Now I don’t have my items. At least they reimbursed me. They told me to re-order the items again. Well one of the items is sold out and I think it’s a limited run, so I won’t be able to get it at all or at least for a while. Your logisitcs team needs to do better. I am very hesitant in ordering anything again.

De shop is snel en netjes met verzenden...jammer dat voor ons de winkel in Swalmen dicht is....maar dit is top zo
