Snelle levering, kwaliteit is van RB spul zo goed als dat die het aanleveren, eigen lijn zijn wel bijna allemaal goed. Veel er vandaan gehaald in verleden en dit waren mijn bevindingen.

Ordening as 1 of the first and still not enough supplies.
I am sad I’ve got to write this review. During the most recent nurburgring 24H race, Verstappen.com advertised their limited edition shirts/sweaters etc. And I immediately ordered 2 as soon as i saw the ad.(1 for my dad, 1 for me).
Ordering the shirts went smooth and Quick. However, they only sent me 1 shirt.
I immediately contacted customer support and they went straight to refunding the non-delivered shirt, didn’t try to look into stock, or continue sending the missing shirt.
What I find most dissapointing is that even though i ordered almost immediately when they first showed the add, I only got 1 and they simply said “because it is a limited quantity release”.
Very dissapointed in the lack of empathy or willingness to get to a better solution rather than simply going straight to refund.

Very Disappointing Experience: Damaged Hoodie and No Refund
Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. Order 107-9167-4682 was delivered on May 20. For a premium hoodie costing over €77, I had expected much better quality control and handling.
Upon receipt, it turned out that the hoodie had stains/mold in the fabric, even though it was still in the original plastic packaging. I contacted them immediately and returned the hoodie to Fanatics. The €9 return costs were eventually refunded via PayPal on June 10, because, according to them, refunding to my original bank account was not possible.
After that, I contacted them several times about the refund of the €77 for the hoodie, but received hardly any response. Only on July 8 did I receive a message asking me to provide my order number. I did so immediately, but to this day I still have not received any solution or refund.
Today I received a request from the Max Verstappen Store to leave a Trustpilot review. So here it is. I had expected much better service and communication from such an exclusive brand.

Lang moeten wachten op het 2026 shirt van RB, na maanden kreeg ik mijn geld retour met de mededeling dat het shirt was uit verkocht

Sinds ze werken met fanatics is het een drama met retour sturen. 1. Je betaald €9,00
2. Het duurt een week om het retour label te ontvangen 3. Je moet zelf achter je geld aan want na 2,5 week is het nog steeds niet terug gestort

Still waiting for a refund or the item I purchased. I returned the wrong item they send me. Wrong item, wrong size. That was in may. I filed a complaint. Still nothing… So I would say, it’s a real shitty company!!!!!
