We stock diesel, calor LPG gas, coal, water, pumpout and much more. We also have a chandlery boat Aquilo which you may see cruising around the canal network, we carry lots of essential spares and everyday chandlery items on board especially the awkward to transport items like boat poles and boat hooks. Great customer service
The delivery company lost my item. But an email to the Boatyard resulted in a replacement item being dispatched. This arrived within two days. I cannot fault the service from the Boatyard, and I will use them again.

Good product, but?
Good product except for fixing chains! They are galvanised links which rust very quickly. Stainless looks better, doesn’t rust and isn’t that much more expensive. I did email you to enquire about this but didn’t even receive an answer. As I said product is good but I’ve had to replace the chains to make it so, hence the score!

Sorry that we did not respond to your email, we did not actually receive it, we buy the cores in ready to cover, so do not have any choice on whether the chains are zinc plated or stainless steel. We are really surprised that the chains have rusted so quickly as we have not had a problem with any of of other fenders. Please could you send a photo of the fender and rusted chains so that we can sort this out for you.
