RacquetWorld online service is unacceptable — avoid ordering online
RacquetWorld may be good in-store, but their online service is unacceptable. I ordered a tennis racquet on 18 Dec 2025 and still haven’t received it. I emailed them over a week ago and received no response.
Their website stated delivery via Australia Post, so I used an AusPost Parcel Collect address. RacquetWorld should have known that Aramex does not accept Parcel Collect addresses, yet they changed the courier to Aramex without notice and still used my Parcel Collect address. As a result, the delivery is now stuck.
Despite contacting Aramex multiple times, I am repeatedly told to “wait a few days” with no clear timeline, and I still don’t know when I will receive my racquet.
This reflects poor communication, poor logistics, and zero accountability.
Strong advice: do not order online — buy in-store only if you must.
