I am disabled and bought an armchair from Cannock branch at the end of January 25 and had a 12 month gtee. I reported that the cushioning had gone within the chair giving no support to a disabled person. They said I have caused this due to the way as a disabled person i have been sitting on it. They said won't repair under gtee and that I can buy another from them by "doinga deal". I haven't finished paying this one. Absolutely Disgusting

I had to claim on the insurance , Andy came out with the part and fitted it on to my scooter.
It was so easy and I never ever claimed on insurance ever.

We brought my partner’s electric wheelchair into Easy Living Mobility in the Leek Staffordshire branch to be repaired as the spindle connected to the rear wheel snapped off, resulting in the right rear wheel breaking off. Apparently one of the motors had broke, my partner purchased the wheelchair online from this company over two years ago.
Even though the warranty had run out the representative in the shop Jane went above and beyond to secure the repair for no extra charge. We would like to thank her and Easy Living Mobility for fantastic after sales as my partner would be lost without the use of the chair.

From the very first call I recieved from a gentleman name Russ and he was so helpful plus I had a couple of conversation with a young lady who I think was name Lisa she also went above and beyond for me very polite very helpful what I needed so it was all systems go for me
You bought power chairs to my home and showed how they worked n allowed me to try them. The first one was the one I fell for it was so so very comfortable so paper work was checked n sorted I got my machine about a week later where I was one again showed how to use, move things n asked if I had any questions anyway all i can say is
Choose this company if you can you wont go wrong 😑

Had a very good experience buying my scooter from easy living . My scooter was delivered exactly on time and I was kept informed of every step . I phoned them after having my scooter for 4 months regarding the charger making a noise and I sent over a video to be assessed by their maintenance team who put my mind at rest that it was normal . I would be very happy to purchase from this company again .

Lawrence was great and, even though I initially thought I'd not need a demonstration, he advised it would be a good idea. He was absolutely correct and now I am definitely confident with my new Model T scooter!

I felt at ease he had to come through our garden round the back & into the house to show us how the Voyager electric chair worked how folded up ect charging it ect
He was excellent 👌 & very professional & didn't leave until we were happy

Our family are truly grateful for the exceptional care, advice and support James provided at the Irvine branch. As soon as we walked into the shop, James showed genuine compassion and a willingness to understand the challenges faced by my Father-in-Law, as well as how this was affecting my Mother-in-Law in the home.

Thanks to James’s patience and knowledge, he helped us to select mobility aids that have allowed my Father-in-Law to regain a sense of independence that we thought was lost. The difference this has made in his confidence and happiness is immeasurable. Just as importantly, my Mother-in-Law has found much-needed relief and can now relax in their home as after such a long time, she can now put her feet up and have a cup of tea made for her 😊 Importantly, James understood that my In-Laws were proud of their home and didn’t necessarily want mobility aids that felt like they were living in a clinical setting. They now have a beautiful leather ‘sit to rise’ chair that on first glance, looks like a matching chair to their existing three-piece suite. Additionally, James went above and beyond in ensuring speedy and hassle free delivery.

If my Father-in-Law’s needs mean that he requires more mobility assistance, then our first port of call will most definitely be to Easy Living Mobility. We are reassured that James will help us to identify the most suitable products to help my Father-in-Law lead the most independent life for as long as possible.
