Fantastic quality chair and buying experience
Fantastic quality chair. Showroom staff were very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Delivery was on time went very smoothly. Lawrence and Steve were very courteous and helpful. They set up the chair and explained everything. We were very impressed with their professionalism. My husband couldn't be more pleased with his new chair which will make it so much easier for him to get in and out of.

I’ve had the best of help from everyone I’ve dealt with at Easy Living Mobility, from the purchase of a power wheelchair right through to delivery and a rapid after care response too. Friendly and knowledgeable
Went to the shop to sort a powerchair for my Mum. Mark took the time to talk through Mum's needs and helped us give her a good guide. Then Mitch brought 2 chairs to the flat for Mum to try. Patient, friendly and knowledgeable - couldn't ask for better service!

This compamy does business the way it should be done ...my fist contact was wirh sales and Nathan..he was well informed in terms of the products he was selling.He was so helpful .friendly and it was a pleasure to do business with him.
My next encounter was via the customer service team and Jessica West.I had a problem with my wheelchair and was so anxious and stressed in regard to comfronting the company.Jessica has a vast knowledge of her products and has super people skills making me comfortable almost at once.Not only l

Excellent attention to detail from the start!
Ever since I first contacted Easy Living Mobility I have felt ‘special’! I dealt with Christian who led me through the world of powered wheelchairs, so easily. He was extremely thorough, paying close attention to my needs, before guiding me to the perfect electric wheelchair! I am very impressed by the breadth of his knowledge and immediate understanding of my particular needs. I am really looking forward to my new wheelchair and the freedom and independence it offers me. Walking Aid
I would like to say a huge thank you to Mark and Mitch at Easy Living Mobility Walsall.
We only popped in by the off chance to ask if they fix brakes on the premises. Mark took time out to have a look at the brakes on my mother's walking aid but he had to hand the job over to Mitch (Mark was helping another customer at the time)
Both men were extremely helpful, kind and considerate towards my mother and I.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to friends and family.

Great prompt service from start to finish
Helpful service in the shop then great service from then on. Quick friendly delivery from Lawrence and Sarah who made sure everything was set up and right for mum with her new chair. A definite recommend from me.

I can't thank Lawrence and Sarah enough , they were both fantastic they delivered a chair to my father ,Lawrence called me to let me know they were on route, they arrived on time, the help they both gave is were 1st class , even the demonstration were fault less, so polite nothing were a problem they are both an asset to your company, thank you both 10 out of 10,

Avoid this company and the iGlide scooter
I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother. She's far too nice to leave a scathing review, I however, am not. My mum bought an iGlide Autofold scooter from this 'company'. £1500 for a piece of junk, my mum doesn't have money like that very often but she convinced herself it was an investment. It was dodgy from the first use but she reassured us it was just her getting used to driving it and it would be fine after a bit. It was far from fine, this thing had a mind of its own.
We took it on holiday and were forced to hire one while we were out there because of its erratic behaviour! It sped up on its own accord. Lunged forward at the most inconvenient times, especially entering a lift or waiting to cross a busy road.
It will tell you in the listing for this piece of crap that you will get twelve miles out of a charge of the battery. My mum was lucky to get four miles. It's a good thing she got an extra battery or she wouldn't be going anywhere with it. My mum's not anywhere
near the weight limit so that can't be what is causing the problems.
The customer service try hard to help but did nothing of any significance. This thing has been returned twice for repairs and has been returned with the same fault because the engineer says there's no fault They will charge you to collect and return any faulty items if they don't see the fault. After it was returned last time my mum has asked me to store it in my garage, I know from experience what that means, it means she's not going to use it. £1500 down the drain.
Out of all the infuriating things that have happened with the iGlide, the one thing that affects me the most is the effect that all this has had on my mum. It took a good few years to get her to leave the house after some severe illness. It was hard work building up her confidence but she made it. The scooter was meant to be the next step to her independence and personal freedom. Instead it did the opposite and we're back to where we started.
Looking through the reviews I see a lot of unhappy customers complaining about the iGlide. Doesn't that tell this company that there is something fundamentally wrong with this model?! It's not just one person, it's many. And yet you continue to sell this crap to unsuspecting, disabled and elderly people whose lives are difficult enough without being hauled through this stress.
It doesn't matter how sorry the customer service are that my mum feels that way or how it's affected her. The point is that it has affected her, you could have done something to help but you didn't
Shame on you all.

Helpful advice and careful to ensure correct fit
Staff who called me were extremely helpful on the phone. They took care to make sure the scooter I chose would be suitable for my needs and gave answers to all my questions. The option to try at home for a couple of weeks is very welcome as I live far from their offices. Many good reasons for choosing a company based in this country, UK.
