I bought the icarbon style hoping to use it for outings weeks use the car for as my other chair is too big
The chair doesn't cope with hills at all and the chair slides when you are on a gentle slope if you do not use the manual (the old fashioned wheelchair style brake) brake on each wheel.
It is very good for shopping malls and stores where there are no ramps etc. It is also carer friendly without the controls for emergencies too.

Everyone from the company were very helpful, from the Branch Manager and staff at the Kidderminster branch, to the delivery driver, Lawrence.
They made the process so easy.

I cannot thank Marie and Mark at the cannock store enough for there help with buying a wheelchair for a family member. They went the extra mile to explain things to me. I was great full for their knowledge to get the correct one for my family's needs and the prompt delivery.

A real bad experience
Purchased a so called fold down chargeable electric schooter
It arrived and we sort of liked it although a lot heavier than anticipated
Used it twice , on 3rd attempt I had a hospital appointment
Got there managed to get schooter out
Low and behold the schooter would not open out,
It took 3 men and a lady to get us out of that situation
Contacted easy living and they said to wrap it up as best you cas
Remember it will not fold down
Bought loads of wrapplnd then told you schooter was ready for pack up
Warranty suposed to be supported but no they wanted£40 upfront in case of damage
All disabled people out there do not use this company
To them it’s another means of getting money out of you shame on you

Andy delivered my new scooter today. Very polite. Very helpful. Explained everything that I needed to know definitely given Andy a five-star review. If I could leave more than five stars I would one a very happy customer

I had my mobility scooter serviced about 3 weeks ago. Today it stopped working several times when I was out. I called Easy Mobility to tell them and was told they could send someone to look at it. I said I presume I would not have to pay for that but was told I would have to as the fault may have been nothing to do with the service. What was the point of a service? After questioning this several times the call was abruptly ended. I consider this very poor.

Lawrence came today to bring my mobility scooter he was just so reasuring went threw everything from start to finish. This gentleman was very helpful even when asking questions about it thank you so very much many thanks .

Another great experience with Easy Living. Saw Mark about a three piece suite, all explained, so many choices. Found the one we wanted, in leather, good choice of colours also. Suited delivered on Tuesday by Lawrence and his working partner for the day. Nothing too much trouble. All fits in nicely, old suite taken away. Well done to all involved, fully recommend.

I first spoke to Mark on phone , he was very helpful. I needed to hire a wheelchair for my daughter as she had a broken ankle. I visited the Walsall store and Mark was very helpful and provided excellent service, he was very friendly and funny too! I would highly recommend using Easy living mobility to anyone and Mark is a genuine person who provided first class service, thank you Mark.

I'd done plenty of research into the kind of folding electric wheelchair I wanted and rang with the intention of buying a particular one. I spoke with Nathan who went through a series of questions about what I'd be using it for and what kind of surfaces I was hoping to travel across. He recommended an alternative with a thorough explanation, highlighting the pros and cons of each model. He really knew his stuff and was a pleasure to deal with. Yes, I called the sales team, but there was no hard selling and Nathan was very generous with his time and knowledge. No one aspires to have to choose a wheelchair, so positive experiences like this are important.

Brilliant service, I had Tony call out to repair my scooter, he arrived on time, very polite & friendly, got job done very quickly, despite it being one of the hottest days, would 100% recommend & will definitely use them again

Had Andy deliver my scooter today was absolutely amazing, smiley happy and explemd everything, thank you so much.

I saw Easy Living Mobility online and decided to give them a call. Nathan was extremely informative and helpful. By the end of my call I was able to decide which power chair would suit me best. I was very impressed with Nathan's patience as I asked loads of questions. He explained the difference between their models and saved me over £1000 when I almost ordered the IM 4 Voyager. He told me that I wouldn't need this due to my smaller size so I chose the IM4 Elite which is the same chair just with a lower weight limit. Hence saving me so much money.
I can't wait for my new chair to arrive tomorrow and if it's not suitable I can return it.

Andy who delivered my scooter was very friendly and knowledgeable about my scooter, took it in the back garden for me and told me what to do, from start to finish this company has been brilliant and fast , can’t fault them thank you Easy Living Walsall West Midlands.

Just received my order this morning, and what a fantastic delivery service.
They rang to say they would 45 minutes away from delivering.
The two men came and set up the chair to exactly how I wanted it as well as checked the electrics.
Friendly, helpful and professional.
