I had to refuse the item
I had to refuse the item. It's coming back to you all the way across the world because someone don't know how to fill out the paperwork to not trigger the government to think it's a load of industrial goods. They want me to pay more in tariff charges than I paid for the item because they think it's a load of aluminum cans, not a toy which you're supposed to list as toys and collectibles and they bypass all tariffs

Beautiful mouse pad, im excited to use it and it just fits great in my set up, been playing this game for years so its cool to finally have a lil something to rep the game and the company.
Had a small snag with shipping but was able to reach out, and they got me squared away almost instantly. Definitely wont hesitate to do business with these guys again
