I ordered my product in January, it’s now the end of June and the products been lost several times, with no response to my emails about a refund. If I could give zero stars, I would. I would not recommend purchasing from this store, very disappointed.

Love the clothes. Really great quality and look really nice on. Only complaint is that shipping took over a month but it was definitely worth the wait.

Ordered a tshirt for my daughter 3 weeks ago not heard anything from them I've emailed them to ask if it's on its way and got one back saying email blocked not sure if Ime 30 quid out of pocket or if its even on its way not happy👎

It has been nothing more than run a rounds and lies. The money was immediately taken from my account. I am suing based on principles at this point. Horrible customer service. This is a fraud, scam, or whatever you wanna call it. DON'T ORDER NOR TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

Het is vandaag 16juni en heb het nog steeds niet binnen. Ik heb al zeker 15 mailtjes gestuurd met de vraag waar het blijft maar ik krijg maar géén antwoord😡
Ik ben nu best wel radeloos en mijn dochter is heel verdrietig. Wat kan ik hier aan doen ?
Ik kan nergens iets vinden zodat ik contact kan opnemen behalve de mail die niet beantwoord word.
Echt mega slecht dit en ook de laatste keer dat we hier iets besteld hebben😡

f***ng garbage, id give a zero if i could. nothing against the artist, but seriously, i ordered in january. granted the pre-oder said ship out end of feb... its june... i still don't have my hoodie AND ive contacted the support SEVERAL times, and theyve not shown any energy to help me. honestly sucks because i love the artist but im NEVER ordering from her site again. never. its crap. they had no problem taking my money, but its a complete issue to just help me with my purchase and give it to me. like damn.

I would give a zero if I could. I ordered 3 items in March. They have not arrived. Customer service says they were shipped the 2nd week of April. It doesnt take that long to ship. I will never use this site again.

I love billie to my core. Getting blohsh merch was the next step I took just after starting a fan account. I have multiple items now and they all arrived quickly and when I did have a problem once, customer service was very helpful in solving the issue. much love bil 💚
