Angry Miao, Angry Customer
Upon purchasing the Angry Miao Mouse in white, at first glance i was impressed with its stylish design and there's nothing quite like it on the market. Unfortunately, I started to notice charging issues with the mouse, with the battery running out at only 1000 polling rate less than 12 hours, were the 8000 is much longer, but despite setting it to the default setting, im getting much less than advertised. I realised theres issues with the charging dock, but when mentioning a return for refund, im given nothing but instructions how to check if its not in sleep mode or not. I left it on default settings and its on the sleep mode. So not fit for intended purpose. Further adding to the anger is the company went away on holiday, completely leaving the business for weeks. You cannot do that for a company? Amazon dont shut do they? Also, any correspondence from them is a like a robot AI, with no human addressing their name which is rather unprofessional and rude. So all in all, a great looking product let down by technical faults and lack of great customer service.
