Storage King Tingalpa were fantastic…
Storage King Tingalpa were fantastic from the first phone call to finalising my time using their facility.
The manager, Bella, was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. She had a way of making me feel incredibly supported at my most vulnerable time of becoming homeless with my babies.
I received EXCELLENT customer service from every staff member I encountered.
The facility was also clean and well organised, with extended access hours.

Great setup
Great setup, super helpful staff and convenient location means we've used Storage King at Tingalpa twice when moving house and then when doing reno's - and both times it's been spot on.

Happy with experience of organising a storage unit

Amazing staff
The staff made the process of renting a unit very easy. They were very clear with instructions of gaining access to the storage unit.

Outstanding professional service. Clean, tidy facility. Very helpful, kind staff. Security A+ with cameras everywhere. Toilets available. Great lifts/hoists. Plenty of large trolleys to utilise for your movement of goods. Exceptional storage facility.
