The Team at Storage King Thomastown are Fantastic, I have had the pleasure to be assisted by Sandor, Karen. My whole experience so far has been hassle free from settling into my storage to payments. They truly care and go above and beyond to do their best for their customers.

Rude arrogant and unhelpful staff. I was treated with utter disrespect and contempt over the phone on Monday whilst trying to organise the van. Its also like an absolute oven inside the units with no ventilation airflow or climate control what so ever. There is also very little space to manoeuvre around the storage yard. I would hate to be driving or storing anything big as it would be an absolute nightmare to manoeuvre around.

How you can improve your apauling service is by treating customers with courteousy respect and compassion and to not discriminate against those with disabilities that have supports that also have schedules that they need to work around instead of being so rude and aggressive.

We have found Karan so helpful in setting up our new storage unit. She is extremely responsive to requests & answering our questions (and is so easy to deal with).

Upon prepaying a storage unit that upon arrival realesed was too small they were more than helpful to upgrade to bigger size and pay difference there and then.Alough havnt used yet the free Van for 50km and complimentary first month insurance is fantastic.

Staff are friendly and professional. I had requested a call back from three different companies storage king Thomastown was the only company to call and provide exceptional service over the phone. Without a doubt, the next hour I went to the site and hired the space I needed. The storage’s spaces are spacious and have easy access. My items were safe as high security systems in place. Staff were brilliant as they go through every detail in person.

Staff and storage facility were lovely but the check inn registration process was horrible and over the top the digital form within a factory facility where reception is average was horrible and took over an hour if you had a paper form and took a photo of an I.d would take ten minutes worse for me because I allowed half an hour and that was to include viewing the storage I had a cab waiting cost me a fortune and didn't see the locker as it took so long tried my phone first no reception then had to use an Ipad and it was pain staking slow

The staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and explained every detail of what I needed to know. They also were able to recommended a reliable removalist. Thank you Daniel and Karen.

Everything was explained in detail I was late when I had to sign up & they waited around for me & very professional & made sure I understood all the procedures & was made to feel comfortable

Super friendly and personable service. I didn't feel that I was being pressured into a more expensive unit and was given plenty of options to move units as my storage needs increase. Facilities are well managed and secure.

The team were great when I came in to sign up, really friendly and efficient.

I was concerned when I saw the space it was not going to be big enough but things stack up more than you think and the team had options for me for if I needed more room which was very reassuring.
