very helpful and friendly informative staff

No any information received have to keep something before flying check how can i be able to access the storgae house no any email.According to google time it says 8pm closing i went on 7;40pm get chance to get inside but the inside gate was close and no any help line was connected .I was connected to emergency service but no any issued was solved.

The manager at Storage King Springwood was accommodating and friendly. She explained everything to me and made my experience pleasant. She also helped with organising a truck to get my furniture in storage.

Easy straight forward information from reception didn't make the whole ordeal confusing Or brain exhausting . Always clean and tidY around the premises . Reception down to earth and helpful. Prices a bit on. The high side but most storage facilities are same price range anyway . Security seems good so trust that belongings mostly safe .

And Jessica is very friendly patient person willing to help where ever she could.
And pricing is not too bad compared to others

Jessica at the Springwood location was so extremely professional, she gave us all the information we needed to assist us with choosing the best storage package for our budget and storage space we were after.

It's not the first time we used King Storage. We are amazed by the professionalism and efficiency of the team especially the manager Jess. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The proceedure is very customer oriented which means great convenience has been provided. It is a worry free one stop shop. The team especially Jess explained everything clearly beforehand to avoid furure issues. Highly recommend Storage King Springwood. Thank you for everything!

Everything came out the way I want it. Manager Jess explained it properly that I understood it very well. Her suggestion was all good to me.

I had the best experience at storage king. I was stressed, and Jess and Jill met me where I was at, and made a stressful situation a really easy and amazing one. I am very grateful for how quickly they responded to emails, calls and messages. And even went above and beyond, by checking a few units to pick the one that was shaped the best for my needs.
