Micheal was amazing!

He made the whole process so simple, transparent and was so supportive to help us prepare for our move and throughout. Would highly recommend this particular location just for the team!

It was a smooth process. Occurred without trouble or event. Providing some equipment to help move goods from car/truck to storage unit was a lifesaver. Or at least a back saver.

The staff were cool and we had a good laugh. That was important in the context of a move which wears thin everyone’s nerves.

Additionally, my mum went to the shops.

I was provided with good assistance and helpful support by a team member, upon opening up an account at storage king.

The stuff for fabulous they’ve looked after me and the facilities is a great with air conditioning and good space and easily accessible.

They are always, professional, helpful, do their best to accommodate any request and always with a smile. Nothings ever a problem and they respond to your requests in lightning speed!
My personal circumstances made it difficult for me to give advance warning of my needs but despite this Michael & Libby went Above and Beyond to help me in every way they could. I would highly recommend Everyone to use Storage King Rozelle for the Secure and Clean facility but most of all for the great staff that have your back.
Thanks guys for helping to make what could have been a very stressful experience into a breeze!

It's very rare that you have a team of people who obviously like, respect and work well with each other. This respect radiates to the customers. Happy staff, happy customers, happy profits. So give them a pay increase. They're great.

A very helpful and friendly team running clean and tidy facilities

The facility is easy to access and always very clean and tidy. There are always plenty of trollies available to unload from the car and take to storage. We've also taken advantage of the loan van, which was perfect when we needed to take a large load into storage. Most of all the people at Rozelle are fantastic - Michael and Libby both have a great attitude, always a warm welcome and keen to help in any way they can.

The staff are awesome and the facility is really clean. Plenty of space to pull in most of the time and there is a clean toilet on site which is cool too. I love that there also is a van to hire there that you can sign up to use. Really helpful for moving basic things into your unit. And I will say a lady who works there did up the entrance super nice with a radical garden and it makes me smile. The staff also gave my dogs treats which is a really sweet thing to do. This place is cool.
