Customer Service Excellence
Excellent communication, customer service, and flexibility. Charlotte's been quite accommodating and understanding given my out of the ordinary circumstances which has taken a lot of the stress off my shoulders. She goes above and beyond and I have high expectations so coming from me it's a sincere complement.

At Storage King, we have monthly checks by pest control and there is no report in regards to mouse activity in the facility.
